A young dwarf has spent his life trying to find a calling. He is no master smith, not a brew-maker, nor an accomplished fighter. None of the normal professions of the Dunvi quite fit him and he has never really wanted to be a sheepherder. One thing that Ulgrin does know is that he yearns to see the world. Books have held the secrets of wondrous things and the sleepy mountainhome he lives in has none left for him to explore. He struggles with a future that will make him happy.
