The lack of resources on Triptoen was endangering their inhabitants’ living style. To prevent that, the government decided to send a team to colonize the nearest planet: Aglion. They found all the resources needed and sent them to Triptoen. As time passed, the original planet stopped responding to the Aglion’s colony. They had no choice but to create a government on their own.
