Chapter 56: Changsha Tree Mound (Part 2)

Chapter 56: Changsha Tree Mound (Part 2)

The warm white feathers fell to the bottom of the grave, and at the bottom, it suddenly opened up, only to see that in the tunnel ahead, countless long-lasting lamps were lit, all of which were in the shape of palace lanterns. A small golden figure knelt on the ground, holding a candle, with a golden lampshade shining above.

The brightness of the dragon lights is very low and it's unclear whether they are about to go out. At such a high altitude, these lights can't be seen from the entrance of the cave.

Row upon row of lanterns are very spectacular, all the way to the end of the corridor, and I don't know how many there are.

Wen Baiyu grabbed Wang Ju's hand and said, "Hey, there are so many lanterns here. Look at this shape..."

He was speaking halfway when he felt that Wan Jie's hand was a bit off, Wan Jie's hand was very large and had a prominent bone structure, it felt a bit rough to the touch, while the hand in his palm was small, he could grasp it with one hand, and it was smooth and slippery, soft as if it had no bones.

  It's just like... a woman's hand...

Wen Baiyu was startled, then slowly raised her hand, took a closer look, and indeed found that she was holding a small white hand in her palm. The little hand was like a scallion root, with round fingernails, looking very pretty, except the fingernails were grayish-white...

  Like a ghost...

Wen Baiyu let out an "ah" and immediately flung off the small hand.

Wen Baiyu turned her head to look, and the crowd that had come down had all disappeared, leaving only herself, clearly without moving a single step, yet those big living people had actually evaporated into thin air.

Wen Baiyu was so frightened that she couldn't move, stretched out her hand to touch the phoenix bone dagger in her pocket, but it wasn't there.

Wen Baiyu found that the flashlight tied to her arm was also gone, and all around her were only the dim yellow palace lamps, emitting a faint green glow, eerily strange.

Behind him stood a woman wearing a magnificent Han Chinese dress, the woman was not old, just in her prime, she looked extremely beautiful and her demure and obedient appearance perfectly matched the aesthetic of male chauvinism.

The girl seemed to have been hurt by Wen Baiyu's words and let out a low moan.

Wen Baiyu took a step back and said, "Who are you?"

The girl bowed to Wen Baihe, lifted her face, and her complexion was pale, almost transparently white, her lips were also grayish white, like plaster. If you ignore these, she is indeed a pretty girl.

The young woman smiled softly and said: "My humble name is not worthy of being mentioned alongside a noble like you."

Wen Baiyu didn't understand what he was saying at all and looked warily at the woman.

The woman seemed to have no malice, merely making a polite gesture and saying: "Please, sir."

Wen Baiyu would never follow someone casually, especially in an ancient tomb. When a woman dressed in ancient attire appeared inside, Wen Baiyu's brain went numb before he followed her.

The woman didn't insist, but instead gently patted her hand, and then heard a silvery laughter, as if many women were walking from afar, giggling.

Wen Baiyu's feathers were ruffled with anxiety, the female ghost had actually found help, what was he to do? He clearly had his equipment on his back and a dagger in his waist, but all of it was gone in an instant, not even a flashlight remained.

A group of instruments suddenly appeared before Wen Bai's eyes, resembling chimes. Each piece was polished to a high gloss and shaped like a curved ruler, with a shape similar to the solemn kowtows during worship ceremonies. A hole was drilled in each chime, suspended by golden threads. Strangely, these chimes emitted a faint green fluorescence.

The woman smiled gently, picked up a small ivory hammer, and knelt down beside the qing, smiling and saying: "Immortal sir, this is a bone qing, I offer it humbly."

The woman began to lightly tap the pestle with a small hammer, making a "ding-dong" sound. Wen Baiyu's back suddenly twitched, it was this kind of sound that they heard when they came down from the cave entrance.

Wen Baiyu's mind went blank for a moment, as if it couldn't turn around. The sound of the qing echoed and reverberated in the tomb passage, making the surroundings no longer look like a tomb passage, but instead transforming into a magnificent palace. Groups of maidservants knelt on the floor, striking the qing, while several dancing girls danced beside them.

Wen Baiyu shook her head, feeling very dizzy and unsure of what had happened. Her reactions were getting slower and slower, just like she was drunk, and suddenly she fell to the ground with a thud.

Several maids gathered around, leaning against Wen Baiyu's side. Wen Baiyu found that her clothes had changed and she was wearing a long ancient robe, which was very wide and white.

Several maidservants leaned over, tugging at his sleeves and coquettishly saying: "Immortal Master, take a look at me."

Wen Baiyu felt a bit dizzy, and the woman from just now walked over to him, gently massaging his temples with her fingers, saying in a soft voice: "Sir, is it comfortable?"

Wen Baiyu didn't say a word, his mind was getting slower and slower, feeling dizzy, almost unable to sit still.

The woman's fingers were icy, and she smiled as she continued to rub his temples. Her body tilted to one side, and the warm white feather was pressed down on the ground. The other maids giggled and dispersed, surrounding them from a distance, and another maid took over to continue playing music.

Wen Baiyu fell to the ground, feeling as if she had fallen onto a cotton ball. The woman used her icy fingers, which felt like plaster, to gently stroke Wen Baiyu's lips and smiled, saying: "Sir Xian, why must you be so gloomy? It's better to live life to the fullest, with wine and music, than to be trapped in the cycle of reincarnation."

The woman said, reaching out to undo Wen Baiyu's clothes, and coquettishly blew a breath of air, saying: "A young girl serves the immortal lord, the immortal lord can forget unhappy things..."

He said, and suddenly opened the buttons on Wen Baiyu's clothes, but Wen Baiyu suddenly opened her eyes wide and grabbed his hand.

The girl was startled and laughed: "It turns out that the immortal is also an impatient person."

Wen Baiyu stared at her and suddenly said: "Yin Lingzi."

The girl was taken aback for a moment, then smiled and said: "Sir, what are you talking about? I don't understand."

Wen Baiyu continued: "Yin Lingzi...the gong and the palace lanterns all have Yin Lingzi, this is an illusion."

The woman's face showed a terrified expression, her eyes wide with fear as she stared at Wen Baiyu and said: "Sir, why are you talking nonsense? Look, I am alive and well."

Wen Baiyu ignored him, enduring the dizziness in her mind, and pushed her away. Wen Baiyu got up from the ground, and the woman in front of her turned into a double shadow. "It's an illusion... I need to find Wan Kuang Jing Hou..."

As he spoke, the woman's expression finally changed from fear to ferocity. The other maids were frightened and ran away in all directions. The woman stared at Wen Baiyu with an indescribably terrifying expression.

  "Knock knock!"

A loud noise was heard, and something fell to the ground. He endured his dizziness and looked up to see that the woman's head had rolled off the ground, just like plaster, rolling around on the ground for a moment before her eyes flipped upwards, staring at Wen Baiyu with a ferocious gaze.

Wen Baiyu was startled and took two steps back, the dizziness was too severe, her vision went black, and she fell backwards.

Wen Baiyu felt that she had lost consciousness for at most one second, and then she struggled to get up again. She only felt herself falling into someone's arms, and Wen Baiyu unknowingly let out a sigh of relief.

Wan Xi Jing Hou hugged him from behind and said: "What's wrong?"

Wen Baiyu took two deep breaths, looked up and saw that he was surrounded by a long corridor with golden palace lanterns on both sides. In the distance ahead of him, there were musical instruments, including chimes. A stone statue of a woman knelt in front of the instruments, her back to Wen Baiyu. Although she had her back turned to him, she looked exactly like the woman from his dreams.

Wen Baiyu turned her head to look back, behind her was a straight and steep cave entrance. Everyone was there, not one missing, but the eyes of the crowd were somewhat problematic. Except for Wen Baiyu and Gan Zhu, everyone else's eyes were dull and they stood stupidly in place.

Wen Baiyu quickly got up from the ground and indeed saw a layer of pale green fluorescence on the surface of the stone, and the palace lanterns beside it were also emitting a faint green light.

Wen Baiyu shouted: "There are silver spirit children on the palace lanterns and the chime stones, don't look!"

Tang Zi seemed to have heard Wen Baiyu's voice, and suddenly broke free from the illusion, his eyes somewhat dazed, panting heavily, as if he had received some kind of shock.

His face was covered in sweat, his expression somewhat relieved, but it was unclear what he had seen that could have shocked Tang Zi so much.

Gan Zhu's back was still wooden, his eyes dull, but at this moment, Hun Dun's expression suddenly changed, and he became ferocious in an instant. His face was delicate, with clear eyebrows and a refined appearance, looking like a pretty boy, but his sudden ferocity made him look quite frightening, proving that he was indeed a fierce beast inside.

A low growl similar to that of a wild beast came from Hundun's mouth, and it was unclear what he had seen in his illusion, as if he had encountered danger and was struggling with all his might.

The chaotic beast let out a loud roar, its emotions extremely unstable. Suddenly it opened its mouth and bit down on Gan Zhuo's shoulder.

Gan Zhu was caught off guard, and with a pained expression, he received a solid punch to the mouth, which immediately started bleeding. He was so angry that he wanted to bite off a piece of Gan Zhu's flesh.

Wen Baiyu was startled and said: "Wake him up, wake him up, he's still in a fantasy!"

Gan Zhu rarely showed his temper, he didn't get along with others, and everyone thought Gan Zhu was strange. As a result, Gan Zhu spoke even less and revealed his temper even less. To be honest, there wasn't anyone who could make Gan Zhu's seven orifices emit smoke like Hun Dun did.

Gan Zhu took a deep breath, suddenly raised his hand and grabbed the back of Hun Dun's neck. It seemed that his grip was very strong, and Hun Dun let out a low growl before suddenly relaxing his mouth, then his head tilted to one side and he fainted.

Everyone first let out a sigh of relief, Ganzhu was seriously injured, Hundun's bite was really vicious, Ganzhu's shoulder was covered in blood, this was in the tomb, such a large amount of blood, don't know if it would cause the Zongzi to rise from the dead.

Gan Xiang wanted to throw Hundun to the ground, but that person's face was pale, with bloodstains on his chest. In the end, he gently put him down and walked aside, opening his backpack to tend to his own wounds.

Gan Zhi Li Su applied a hemostatic agent to himself, while Hun Dun was still unconscious.

Wen Baiyu pulled Wang Jingshou forward two steps, and the woman kneeling on the ground was a statue. She was wearing clothes outside, which looked like Hanfu. The Han Dynasty has been gone for many years, but this piece of clothing is still bright and intact, without any damage at all. This is simply too strange.

They walked over, and Wan Qi Jing Hou furrowed his brow, saying: "Not only are these cymbals coated with the powder of silver lingzi, but they're also made from bones - human bones."

Wen Baiyu suddenly thought of what the woman had said in the illusion, that this was called "bone jade". At the time, Wen Baiyu still thought it was an ancient relic, but it turned out to be human bones. She couldn't help feeling a little scared and said: "There are so many silver spirit children in this tomb, it's too eerie."

"It must be because we've triggered the wrong mechanism..."

He said, pointing to the palace lanterns, and saw that there was a movable part on the top of each lantern cover, similar to a sliding door.

Wan Qi Jing Hou said: "Once the wrong switch is turned on, the palace lantern will automatically open and the silver spirit inside will be released to confuse the tomb thieves."

Wen Baiyu nodded slightly, just at this moment, "Dong dong!" a sound.

Wan Qi Jing Hou suddenly pulled him, pulling him behind his back, and saw that the stone statue of the woman who was still intact just now, her head suddenly tilted to one side, fell from her body, rolled on the ground, and turned twice. Her two eyes were staring straight at Wen Bai Yu.

Wen Baiyu was stunned, this scene is exactly the same as the one in her fantasy.

Wan Qi Jing Hou covered his eyes with his hand, turned him around and led him to the back, saying: "The stone statue's eyes are also silver spirit children, don't go look."

Wen Baiyu hastily nodded, thinking fortunately, fortunately.

They walked back, Tang Zi sat down to rest, seemingly having recovered more than half, and the other side of the chaos also seemed to have woken up.

With great difficulty, he crawled up from the ground, feeling like he had a hangover. As he stood up, he was still dizzy and stumbled around. He let out a "ptui" sound, wiped his mouth with his hand, and said in disgust: "Ugh, what's this taste? It reeks!"

Gan Zhu's face suddenly looked extremely unsightly, especially in the dimly lit tomb passage, and under the green glow of the palace lanterns, he looked like a devil.

Wen Baiyu hastily coughed and said: "What did you dream about just now? You suddenly became fierce."

Hun Dun got up, sat on the ground, scratched the back of his head and thought for a moment. Then he took out a handful of melon seeds from his pocket, cracked them open with his teeth and said: "Oh, I remember now... wasn't I just trapped in an illusion? I dreamed that someone was fighting with me over melon seeds, so I got anxious and bit that person..."

  Wen Baiyu: "......"

Wen Baiyu himself wanted to change the subject, but unexpectedly, Gan Zhu's face turned even darker.

Everyone tidied up and prepared to continue their journey. Mo Zhu naturally wanted Gan Zuo to carry him on his back, but Gan Zuo didn't even give him a glance, standing up and walking away instead.

Hun Dun asked Wen Bai Yu: "This person's temper is quite strange, or does he have a grudge against me?"

Wen Baiyu smiled wryly to herself, thinking that you had just bitten someone like a melon and left them battered and bruised, yet you still said they were bloody and stinky. No matter who it was, no one would ever trust you again...

Hun Dun got up, clutching his chest and let out two "aiyos", but Gan Xue didn't pay him any attention and walked inside.

Hun Dun followed closely behind, taking two steps forward before pouncing on him and clinging to his back. Due to the wound on his chest, he felt a sharp pain and couldn't help but let out a hiss.

Hun Dun endured the pain, clamping his legs together, and unexpectedly pinched Gan Zhu's waist. This action was really too ambiguous. Hun Dun hung on Gan Zhu's body, took out a peanut from his arms, and stuffed it into Gan Zhu's mouth, saying: "Don't be so petty, if you're hurt I'll carry you, have some wasabi flavored peanuts."

  Wen Baiyu: "......"

Wen Baiyu suddenly felt that Gan Zhu's temper was actually quite good, otherwise he would have chopped up Hun Dun into wonton filling a long time ago...

The crowd moved forward, and for a very long distance on both sides were placed palace lanterns, but no more skeletons appeared.

  "Gurgle gurgle..."

Wen Baiyu heard a faint sound, suddenly turned his head back, this movement scared Hun Dun who was eating melon seeds, choked him to cough, almost tore open the wound.

  "What are you looking at?"

Wen Baiyu said: "Why do I feel like there's a voice behind me?"

Hun Dun also turned around and took a look, only the fluorescent light of the palace lamp was left, nothing else was found, it was pitch black.

Hun Dun shrugged and said: "I didn't hear anything."

Wen Baiyu looked back strangely again, and Hundun suddenly exclaimed "Ah" and dropped all the happy fruits on the ground, saying: "In front..."

Wen Baiyu turned her head back and looked ahead, but there was nothing, only a long, dark corridor.

Hun Dun said: "I just saw a child running past from the front."

Wen Baiyu looked at Wan Jijing Hou, and Wan Jijing Hou shook his head, indicating that he hadn't seen anything.

Wen Baiyu then said to Hun Dun: "You'd better just eat the Joyful Fruit."

Hun Dun said while peeling: "I really saw it, a child, about five or six years old."

Everyone paused for a moment, planning to continue walking forward. The path was extremely long and as they walked further ahead, it started turning left. As everyone turned around the bend, Wen Baiyu heard "gurgling gurgling".

The sound started again, as if something was rolling on the ground and chasing after them.

Wen Baiyu suddenly turned his head and took a look, a black shadow followed from the corridor and turned over. When Wen Baiyu turned around, that black shadow shrank back.

Wen Baiyu grasped Wan Zhi Jing Hou's hand tightly, and Wan Zhi Jing Hou also heard it because of the crutch, so the sound was very close, and everyone else also heard clearly.

Wen Baiyu lowered her voice and said: "I... I just saw that thing, it seems to be the head of the woman who was hitting the gong..."

Wen Baiyu said, "Gulu gulu" sound slowly came up again, this time very slow, "Gu...lu, gu, lu..."

It seemed to be probing its way over, Wen Baiyu's heart skipped a beat, Wan Qi Jinghou pulled him back two steps, then reached out and grasped the Longlin dagger.

"Hsss!" A stone-headed creature suddenly rushed out from the bend of the tomb passage and pounced over.

The woman's head was carved with great skill and her eyes were made of silver spirit, which emitted a fluorescent glow in the dark, making it look extremely terrifying.

The head suddenly sprang out, rushing towards them. What's strange is that behind the stone head, there was actually a black thing trailing behind it, just like intestines. As the head sprang up, the black intestines still swung in mid-air twice, bringing with it a stench of rotting flesh.

Wen Bai covered her nose with her sleeve, this smell was too pungent, she didn't know if it was toxic or not.

In the blink of an eye, Wan Zhiying suddenly flung out his dagger, and with a "pa-cha" sound, the stone head was pierced by Wan Zhiying's dagger and fell to the ground, instantly appearing many cracks, but surprisingly did not shatter.

The stone head fell to the ground, and the black intestines behind it were still shaking constantly, as if convulsing. Suddenly, the head with many cracks on it popped up from the ground again and rushed over.

Wan Xi Jing Hou retreated with Wen Bai Yu, and Hundun reached out to touch a joyful fruit, immediately throwing it away.

  "Bang!"

His head was hit with a dozen more, adding to the crack from the last time Wang Zijun beat him, and finally let out a crisp sound, splitting open in an instant.

At this moment, the head on the ground burst open and a black intestine drilled out from inside, biting directly at Wen Baiyu's face.

Wan Xi Jinghou was about to reach out and grab, Wen Baiyu's mind racing quickly, suddenly took out the Fengguui dagger, "hiss" sound, cutting the black intestine into two ends.

With a "plop", two sections of intestine fell to the ground and twitched.

Wen Bai's heart was racing and his breathing quickened, Wan Qi Jing Hou patted him on the shoulder.

Wen Baiyu took a closer look and found that it wasn't an intestine, but a black snake. The moving head earlier was also the work of this black snake.

Wen Baiyu let out a sigh of relief and said, "I thought it was really haunted."

At this moment, the black snake that had been cut in two suddenly bounced up from the ground again, was chopped into two segments, and was still alive. It seemed to be afraid of Wen Baiyu, turned its head and bounced up, then bit towards Hun Dun.

Gan Zhu shouted "be careful" and suddenly raised his hand, the black snake was extremely cunning, as if it was its last struggle, suddenly changed its trick, entwined itself around Gan Zhu's arm for a moment, and bit down on his forearm.

Gan Zhu furrowed his brow, suddenly grasped the snake's head and slammed it against the wall. In an instant, Gan Zhu's arm strength seemed immense, the snake's head was smashed to pulp with a "crack" sound, and the brains spilled out, dripping down the tomb wall.

The remaining half of the snake's tail didn't move at all.

Hun Dun let out a sound of disgust and looked at the snake gall on the ground with great disdain, which was splattered all over the place.

The chaos subsided, and I found Gan Zhu's face looking gloomy. He turned around and said, "Are you okay?"

Gan Zhu's face improved a bit, he raised his hand to look at his arm, shook his head and reminded everyone: "This snake is highly venomous, it will cause respiratory failure if it bites you, don't get bitten."

Hun Dun said: "He bit you, how come you're fine?"

Gan Zhu ignored him and continued walking forward.

Hun Dun was eating melon seeds while saying: "What's wrong with you, you don't talk much. Let's chat, I'll give you an autograph, how about that? You can sell it online..."

Hun Dun was still talking incessantly when Gan Xing's face turned unpleasant and he said, "Shut up, don't throw melon seeds at the back of my neck."

Hun Dun pouted, hummed a sound in his nose, and decisively lay down on Gan Zhu's back with his eyes closed to rest, but after not closing his eyes for long, he started digging out peanuts to eat.

Wen Baiyu's helpless shake of the head, in this instant of lifting her head, Wen Baiyu suddenly saw a huge shadow on the wall. The shadow had an enormous head, at least three times the size of Wen Baiyu's own head, and it looked extremely strange.

The shadow flashed on the wall and suddenly disappeared.

Wen Baiyu turned his head and asked Hun Dun: "What did you see of that child just now? What size is its head?"

He said with a gesture, "Is it this big?"

Hun Dun sneered with a smile: "Is that a child? You're drawing a glutton, aren't you? That big head."

"What did you see then?" asked Wen Baiyu.

Hun said: "It was about 5 or 6 years old, nothing special, very quick movements, and it ran over in an instant."

The black shadow on the wall just now swept away very quickly, only Wen Baiyu saw it, and couldn't help but feel a little strange.

They walked in and soon arrived at the first tomb chamber. The gate of the tomb looked not heavy, but it was sealed for some reason.

Wan Xi Jing Hou took Wen Bai Yu's phoenix bone dagger, the blade was very thin, just right to fit into the gap of the tomb door, then drew a circle, and the tomb door opened with a push.

As the tomb door creaked open, Wen Baiyu heard a "rustling" sound, as if something had fallen down.

Then a huge piece of paper fell to the ground, and the paper looked yellowish and seemed to be slightly elastic. Logically speaking, this should be a Han tomb, but there was no paper in the Han Dynasty.

"What is it? Why is it stuck on the inside of the door?"

Wan Kuang Jing Hou squatted down, looking at the paper and said: "This is human skin."

Wen Baiyu was startled, such a large piece of human skin!

Tang Zǐ said: "There were many ancient sacrifices that used living people, bringing slaves and prisoners of war into the sacrificial tomb, then flaying them alive to take their skin. The skin had to be taken with its blood still warm, then a layer of rice paste and other special things were applied, and the whole skin was pasted on the gate of the tomb, which could serve as a seal."

The white feather is disgusting and can't be used, this method is too cruel.

There was a coffin in the tomb, and the coffin looked very small, not as big as they had seen before.

Wen Baiyu said strangely: "Is the owner of this coffin a child?"

As he spoke, he suddenly remembered the large shadow he had seen earlier and his heart skipped a beat.

Wan Kuang Jing Hou walked over, reached out and touched the coffin, furrowed his brow and said: "It's been opened."

Wen Baiyu lowered her head to take a look, and indeed, there were signs of the coffin being opened along its edges. However, the outside of the coffin showed no signs of being pried open. Wen Baiyu had a very strange idea - perhaps the coffin was opened from the inside...

Wen Baiyu was startled by herself, and saw that Wan Qi Jinghou had already stretched out his hand to push open the coffin lid. Inside, it was indeed empty, with only a few scattered golden pearls in the coffin.

Wen Bai counted them briefly, a total of five grains, but didn't know what they meant.

Wan Qi Jing Hou said: "Five grains, representing the owner of the coffin lived for five years."

  "Really is just a child?!"

Hun Dun stuffed the pickled plum into his mouth, muttering: "I told you I saw a kid, but none of you believed me. Look, Xiao Zongzi has risen from the dead."

As soon as he finished speaking, a "heh heh" laughter came from behind his back.

Wen Baiyu turned around and saw a round head suddenly appearing at the edge of the tomb gate. It was a small child with a braid on his head, peeking out to look at them. His face was deathly pale, without any blood color, and full of eerie smiles.

The little kid peeled off the tomb door and looked inside, then picked up a piece of human skin from the ground, seemingly thinking it was fun, put it over his head, and let out a "heh heh" laugh, making Wen Baiyu's hair stand on end.

At this moment, the little kid pulled down his skin, and his originally pale face was exposed to the air, and surprisingly, green hair slowly grew out.

Wen Baiyu's eyes widened in surprise and she exclaimed: "H-how did you grow fur?!"

Wan Xi Jing Hou said: "It's a poisonous corpse, he has poison on his body, don't touch him."

The little green-haired dumpling threw away the human skin, and on his face and hands, wherever was exposed, there were long green hairs, even his eyes were green, like he had been poisoned, and suddenly ran over.

Wan Xi Jing Hou kicked the ground with one foot, and suddenly he violently kicked up the coffin lid on the ground. A loud "whooshing" sound was heard as the coffin lid flew towards Xiao Zong Zi.

A loud "bang" sound, Xiaozongzi was hit by the coffin lid, the lid split open from the middle, and Xiaozongzi seemed to be stunned and fell to the ground.

Wan Kuang Jing Hou grabbed Wen Bai Yu and said: "Hurry up."

The crowd ran out of the tomb, running forward all the way. The small dumplings behind them let out a sharp "heh heh" cry, crawling up from the ground, with the green fur on their faces growing even longer, their noses opening and closing as they sprayed out green gas, chasing after the people in front of them.

The little dumpling ran extremely fast, and in an instant, it pounced from behind. Meng Hun was carrying Gan Zhu on his back, when he suddenly felt someone push him from behind, causing his body to lurch forward, also knocking over the Gan Zhu he was carrying. The two of them rolled onto the ground, and the little dumpling pounced again from behind.

Gan Zhu wrapped his arms around Hundun, rolled on the ground, and then stretched out his hand to push Hundun forward. Immediately afterwards, he quickly stood up, raised his hand, and swiftly drew the weapon from its scabbard on his back.

"Whoosh!" A bronze shield suddenly appeared, a very ancient weapon with blades on both sides, similar to a sword but much heavier and with a longer handle.

The bronze ladle is about thirty centimeters long and looks very heavy. There are no patterns on the entire body of the bronze ladle, which has a very ancient appearance.

Wen Baiyu caught the rolling Chaos, looked down and saw that Chaos' face was not good, a pale complexion, on his back there was a very small black handprint, next to the black print was a dark purple mark, it should be Xiao Zongzi's palm print, judging by the color he was definitely poisoned.

Wen Baiyu propped up the chaotic beast, but although it was a fierce creature, it didn't have a physical body. Now, just like an ordinary person, its chest was severely injured, its back had been slapped with a palm print, and it was also poisoned. It's really unclear whether it can hold on or not.

Gan cursed as the copper gong in his hand let out a loud "HOO—" sound, its tip pointing downwards and slanting towards the green-haired creature crawling over.

The bronze gong emitted a fierce chill, seemingly having some deterrent effect on the zongzi. The green-haired zongzi didn't dare to crawl forward for a while, and upon seeing the bronze gong again, it retreated backward in fear, becoming extremely apprehensive.

Gan Zhu said: "You go first."

He said, and then said: "I'm not afraid of corpse poison, you go first."

Wen Baiyu was a bit worried, but previously Wan Kuang Jinghou had said that Gan Zhu seemed to be a medicine person, immune to poison and gu, and just now being bitten by the highly toxic snake didn't matter.

Wan Qi Jing Hou said: "The front is waiting for you."

He said, making a gesture for everyone to move forward.

Wen Baiyu led the way through the chaos, Tangzi walked in the middle, and Wan Kuang Jinghou brought up the rear.

The green-haired corn saw them wanting to leave, and immediately became anxious, crawling around trying to break through from the side of the copper basin. However, Gan Zhu's reaction was quick, guarding the tomb passage tightly, and the green-haired corn let out a "ke ke" roar, seemingly somewhat impatient but not daring to attack rashly.

The crowd moved forward, rushing into a huge tomb chamber. The door of the tomb chamber was not closed. Wen Baiyu walked in and put Hun Dun, who was half unconscious, on the ground. He had injuries on his chest and back, and was really miserable, lying on his side on the ground.

Wen Baiyu cautiously looked at his back, his clothes were torn, and the black mark was deeper than before, looking extremely ferocious.

Wen Baiyu used scissors to cut open his back clothes and wanted to apply medicine to him.

Hun Dun suddenly woke up, waved his hand at him and said: "The poison of the green hair is highly toxic, don't bother."

  "Isn't there another way?"

Hun Dun's face was extremely pale, and he said: "Perhaps I should be in this grave, my physical body has been lying here for thousands of years, I have been wandering outside for so many years, perhaps it is fate..."

He said with a smile, "Wen Baiyu, find your friends and get out of the tomb quickly. This tomb has a White Bone Tower, which is specially used for soul training. If that skin wants my physical body, it must find three fresh sacrificial offerings to sacrifice to the White Bone Tower, only then can his skin merge with my physical body..."

Chaos seemed to be struggling, lying on its side on the ground, closing its eyes and breathing quietly. "What a pity... it's been too long, I don't remember where the White Bone Tower is... How can there be such a fierce beast as me..."

He said, seemingly out of breath, his mouth opened twice, but Wen Baiyu couldn't hear what he was saying at all.

Wen Baiyu looked at Tang Zi in horror and said, "What should we do?"

Tang Ziyi was also helpless for a while, and the toxicity of the green-haired dumplings was extremely strong. As long as they were touched, they would definitely die.

At this time, Wan Qi Jing Hou pushed forward from outside the tomb chamber, followed by Gan Zhu.

Gan wished that the copper ladle in his hand had changed a bit from before, and indeed, there were exquisite patterns on its body. It looked like two strange people were dancing together, but not really dancing, somewhat like the blessing of the witch culture.

The floral pattern shone with a fluorescent green color, and that green seemed to flow along the copper ladle like blood.

The bronze mirror originally had a hidden pattern, but this pattern was invisible to the naked eye and could not be felt even with one's hands. However, once it came into contact with bloodstains, the blood flowed along the mirror and seeped into the patterns, bringing them out in relief.

Gan Zhu walked in and saw Hun Dun lying on the ground, motionless, with a black patch on his back.

Gan Zhu immediately walked over and said: "Take a knife and cut off the flesh on his back."

Wen Baiyu felt a pang of pain as soon as he heard it, but he quickly took out his military knife, lit a fire and burned it slightly. Gan Zhu directly took it over, his hands were quick and nimble, grasping the chaotic shoulder, then swiftly slashing down, making a cut.

Wen Baiyu suddenly saw that Gan Zhu's back was all bloody, and with swift movements, he cut away the blackened areas. Then, he quickly slashed his own hand, squeezing out blood to drip onto Gan Zhu's back.

The blood of a medicine person is born as an antidote. The dark greenish-black color on the back of chaos slowly faded away and finally disappeared.

Everyone finally breathed a sigh of relief and quickly took out hemostatic medicine to stop the bleeding on Hun Dun's back, which was covered in blood, and then bandaged it with gauze.

After doing all that, Wen Baiyu was sweating profusely and collapsed to the ground, saying: "Too exaggerated, such a large area, fortunately not too deep."

Wen Baiyu sat down, suddenly thought of something and said: "What is the White Bone Tower? Is it the one we saw outside just now, built with human bones and a small coffin on top?"

Wan Xi Jing Hou nodded and said, "It should be."

Because Wan Zong Jing Hou and Gan Zhu were not present just now, Wen Bai Yu quickly repeated what Hun Dun had said.

Wan Qi Jing Hou furrowed his brow and said: "So he lured us all here, wanting to make us live sacrifices?"

Tangzi said: "Looking at it this way, Huo Mo must have brought Yu Laoban to the side of the White Bone Tower and led us over, which is also convenient for his sacrifice."

"What is the White Bone Tower after all?" said Wen Baiyu.

Gan Zhan said faintly, "The White Bone Tower is a kind of black magic in the witchcraft. People believe that after death, it's another beginning. As long as the corpse is well-preserved, there will be a day for rebirth. The black magic uses human bones to build a six-layered White Bone Tower. Six is the largest yin number. The White Bone Tower can gather yin energy and fill the corpse. However, as a living person, one must have both yin and yang energies inside their body. Therefore, a large number of live sacrifices are also needed. Warm blood and sufficient yang energy make for the best sacrifice."

Gan Zhu said, Wen Baiyu somewhat understood, Huo Mo had led them all in, so many living sacrifices, his own skin, plus the fierce beast's physical body, he wanted to borrow a corpse to revive his soul.

Tangzi said: "Things shouldn't be delayed, let's go."

Chaos was still in a coma, Gan Zhu put away the bronze gong, rewrapped it with black cloth, and carried it on his back. At the same time, he carried Chaos on his back and said, "Let's go."

The huge tomb chamber was like a hall, and the crowd continued to walk in, soon arriving at the side room, where a large number of top-grade items were stored, looking extremely dazzling.

From the antechamber and going forward is the main burial chamber.

The door of the main tomb chamber was not closed, but rather had been opened. The massive stone door was a thousand-jin weight, but it was stuck due to something being wedged in it, revealing a gap about half a person's height.

Wan Kuang Jing Hou first drilled in from the gap, and after entering, he stood by the door. Wen Bai Yu hurriedly drilled in as well, looked up, and was immediately stunned.

  The White Bone Tower

This is the real White Bone Tower.

More magnificent than any white bone tower in the forest, the huge tower body, each layer is not made of a single human bone, but a handful of human bones tied together with golden threads, and every bone has holes drilled into it, threaded with golden threads.

The six-story White Bone Tower is extremely high and must be looked up at to see the top, where a crystal coffin is faintly visible, with someone seemingly inside.

The crystal coffin is very transparent, although the position of the coffin is too high, but everyone can still see the things inside clearly.

A person wearing golden silk clothes was quietly lying there, his arms and legs were wrapped very neatly, but only his head was exposed.

Wen Baiyu looked at it clearly and shouted: "Yu Wei Yang!"

Tang Zi's nerves tightened, his fists clenched, and he took two steps forward, but was blocked by Wan Kui Jing Hou.

Wan Xi Jing Hou pointed to the side, and in the great hall, there were four pillars supporting the weight, each with a desiccated corpse bound to it. The four corpses were extremely tall and large, their skin had turned dark purple, their eye sockets sunken, eyeballs shriveled up, heads hung low, as if they would fall off at any moment.

The tomb is very strange, the White Bone Tower is built right in the middle, and there are no stairs. If you want to go up, you can only climb with your bare hands, but at this time, if someone suddenly comes out halfway, it will be very dangerous.

Tang Zi didn't care about these things and said: "You stay here, I'll go up."

He said, quickly running forward, Tang Zi himself was a grave bird and could fly up by flapping his wings, but the current Tang Zi was not enough to support the ability of the grave bird. If he rashly transformed into a grave bird, it would be equivalent to advancing*.

Wen Baiyu watched as Tang Zituo climbed up with his bare hands and couldn't help but wipe away a bead of sweat.

Tang Zǐ leapt upwards with a single bound, jumping very high. His agility was extremely good. With one leap he grabbed the white bones and with both arms exerting force, in an instant he had climbed to the top of the pagoda.

Tangzi quickly climbed up, and the crowd below stared tightly at him, fearing that the skin would come out now. However, Tangzi continued to climb until he reached the fifth floor without seeing the skin. Just as he was about to grab something with both hands, he swung upwards like a swing and landed on the top of the tower with a "thud".

Wen Baiyu couldn't help but let out a breath of relief. She had been holding her breath the whole time and almost suffocated herself.

Wen Baiyu stared at the position of the tower's tip, and that coffin gave people a very strange feeling. Specifically how strange it was, Wen Baiyu couldn't say for the time being.

Tangzi climbed to the top of the tower, his hands slightly trembling. The crystal coffin was transparent, and Yuwen Yang lay quietly inside, it was unclear whether he was asleep or not. Tangzi felt a surge of excitement, reached out and grasped the plank of the coffin, using force to lift it up.

The plank had actually been re-nailed, and the coffin plank was extremely thick. It didn't lift immediately when it was pried up.

Everyone below was sweating, and then they saw Tangzi using his hands to force the plank, his eyes were filled with bloodshot, suddenly "Bang" a sound, the plank opened, and the huge crystal coffin lid fell from the top of the tower, "Bang" a sound hitting the ground.

Wen Baiyu was startled and looked up to see that in the crystal coffin, there was a faint green object that had not been seen before.

Wen Baiyu took a deep breath...

Yu Wei Yang was lying in the coffin, seemingly having heard a sound. He closed his eyes, and a hint of terror appeared on his face, but he remained stiffly still inside the coffin.

Tang Zixin's heart skipped a beat as he reached out to gently stroke Yu Wangyang's cheek. Boss Yu had lost a lot of weight in the past few days, his cheeks almost sunken in, looking extremely haggard.

Yu Wei Yang's body stiffened, as if he felt the palm touching his cheek was somewhat familiar. His eyelids moved slightly, and then he heard a familiar voice say: "Boss Yu, I'm here to pick you up."

Yu Wei Yang's body trembled violently, seemingly excited, and then his eyelids twitched fiercely twice, followed by two streams of bloody tears leaking from the corners of his eyes.

Tang Zǐ's heart couldn't express what kind of taste it was, Yǔ Wèi Yáng had his eyes closed all the time, because his eyes were dug out and placed in a blood box.

Tangzi said: "It's okay, Boss Yu, I'm here to pick you up, don't worry, I can make your eyes see again..."

He said, stretching out his hand to grab Yu Wei Yang's arm, wanting to lift him out of the coffin. At this time, Yu Wei Yang suddenly struggled violently, opening his mouth and making "hē... hē..." sounds, as if he couldn't speak. Anxious, he shook his head frantically and withdrew his hands, not letting Tang Zi touch him.

Tang Zi saw Yu Lao Ban dodging frantically and his heart felt like it was splitting open, saying: "Yu Lao Ban, it's me, I'm Tang Zi, don't be afraid."

Yu Wei Yang shook his head vigorously, opened his mouth, and the blood tears at the corner of his eyes flowed even faster, as if he wanted to say something to Tang Zi.

Gan Zhu said with a confused expression on his face, "You guys' feelings are really off."

Wen Bai's lips trembled twice, and he finally knew why the coffin felt strange. The coffin was very deep, and Yu Wei Yang lay only in half of it, with a hidden compartment below.

The dimly lit area between the layers had grown green moss, and the green moss was getting bigger and bigger, covering the entire back of Yuwang Yang.

Wen Baiyu took a deep breath and said, "This is bad! The real master of the coffin is below!"

Tang Zǐ seemed to have heard Wēn Bái Yǔ's voice, and fixed his eyes on Yǔ Wèi Yáng. It turned out that he wasn't afraid of Tang Zǐ, but was afraid of the thing below rising from the dead. Yǔ Wèi Yáng didn't dare move, desperately signaling to Tang Zǐ to leave quickly. However, his eyes were blind and his throat couldn't speak, except for lying stiffly, he didn't know how to express himself to Tang Zǐ.

Tang Zideng fixed his eyes on the green fur behind Yu Wei Yang's back, and his heart skipped a beat. Although he was wearing a golden thread robe, some of his skin was still exposed outside, and if it came into contact with the green fur, it would be instant death from the potent poison.

Tang Zǐ couldn't hesitate any longer, suddenly grabbing Yuè Wèi Yáng and then pulling him up, embracing Yuè Wèi Yáng in his arms. The green fur under Yuè Wèi Yáng seemed to have sensed something, a green arm suddenly stretching out from the coffin.

With a "crack", his arm hit the crystal coffin wall, and the coffin was instantly missing a corner.

Yu Wei Yang was held in Tang Zi's arms, his body trembling slightly, his eyes suddenly opened wide, and blood flowed out from the corners of his mouth, streaming down his cheeks.

Tang Tze hugged him and softly comforted: "It's alright, it's alright..."

As he spoke, the coffin behind him shook violently and a hairy female corpse stood up from it.

Tang Zijian tightly hugged Yu Wei Yang and said: "Boss Yu, put your head on my chest, hold on tight."

As he spoke, his body suddenly lunged forward.

Wen Baiyu looked down and saw clearly that Tangzi was going to jump from such a high place, saying: "Tangzi has gone mad!"

He said, the zongzi in the coffin had already crawled out, and the long hand with green hair was about to grab Tang Zi. Wen Baiyu didn't think twice, suddenly threw the phoenix bone dagger in his hand.

Wen Baiyu's aim was not bad, the dagger struck the green-haired Zongzi, although the force was not enough, it did not pierce into Zongzi's arm, but instead hit the Zongzi and then "pa la" fell from the White Bone Tower.

Green-haired Zongzi stretched out his hand to block, but in this instant, Tangzi had already jumped down from the White Bone Tower, and when he was in mid-air, a red light suddenly flashed, and Tangzi's body seemed to be on fire, instantly turning into a bird-like creature, spreading its wings, circling in the air once, and then quickly transforming back into human form, "thud" landing on the ground, rolling forward once to dissipate the impact.

Yu Wei Yang couldn't see anything, only feeling a sudden wave of heat around him, followed by a "thud" as he hit the ground. He was being held in Tang Zi's arms and didn't feel any pain, but Tang Zi let out a low, muffled groan.

Yu Wei Yang stretched out his hand to grab Tang Zuo's clothes, lifted up his face, and his face was covered in blood. He opened his mouth, but all that came out was a faint "huh... huh..." sound, unable to say anything.

Wen Baiyu quickly ran over to help them up, and was startled when she saw the blood all over Yu Yang's face, with more blood seeping out from the corners of his eyes.

The green-haired corn suddenly "hissed" and jumped down from the White Bone Tower, its body more like a gibbon, with long arms hanging down, approaching them.

Wan Kuang Jing Hou stretched out his hand and blocked him, pulling out a dragon-scale dagger and saying: "Hurry up and leave."

Tang Zibao picked up Yu Wei Yang, and everyone retreated from the main tomb chamber to the back, and then retreated into the back dressing room.

Gan Zhu retreated with his back to the chaos, his copper ladle already out of its scabbard. Finally, Wan Qi Jing Hou also retreated, and together they used their combined strength to close the tomb door of the matching room.

"Bang!" A loud noise, the green-haired corn still wanted to rush in, but was knocked back and instantly crashed outside, letting out a loud "Kaka" cry.

Wen Baiyu sat on the ground, letting out a sigh of relief. They were temporarily safe now, and they had also rescued Yu Yang.

Tang Zi put down Yu Wei Yang, who was lying flat on his back, and said: "Don't move, Boss Yu, I'll help you take off this garment."

Tang Zi was speaking when suddenly Wan Kui Jing Hou pressed down on his hand and said: "Don't move."

He said, stretching out his hand to touch the golden silk clothes, as if confirming something, then said: "There is oil inside the clothes, can't take it off."

"Oil?" said Wen Bai Yu in surprise.

Wan Xi Jing Hou nodded and said, "The golden thread jade garment is made of several thousand pieces of He Tian jade strung together, cleverly stealing the craftsmanship of heaven, without a single seam. Rain Wai Yang's body was smeared with oil, if the golden thread jade garment were to be untied, once it came into contact with sparks, it would immediately catch fire."

As soon as he finished speaking, Yu Wei Yang's body seemed to shake slightly. Tang Zi quickly stepped forward and held him in his arms. Yu Wei Yang opened his mouth, seemingly wanting to speak, but could only make "hū... hū..." sounds.

Tangzi slammed his fist on the ground, his hands shaking violently, but he was afraid of scaring Yu Wei Yang, so he said in a soft voice: "Boss Yu, open your mouth and let me take a look at your throat."

Yu Wei Yang opened his mouth very honestly, and Tang Zi took a look inside. His face looked extremely ugly. Wen Bai Yu also leaned in to take a look, and saw that something was stuck in Yu's throat, neither going up nor down. It was round in shape and surprisingly red, just like a larger dan medicine.

"What is this?" said Wen Baiyu.

Gan Zhu said, "It's a fire bead, a type of black magic that worships nature and has a strong connection to fire. The way they worship is often related to fire, usually by burning incense or offerings. This type of fire bead has extremely corrosive properties, it won't burn when stored in a humid environment or underwater, but once exposed to air, it will ignite after a short period of time. There's also oil on his body, I think if we want to take out the fire bead, we need to clean off the oil first."

As soon as Gan Zhu finished speaking, Tang Zi slammed his fist on the ground again in anger. Yu Wei Yang's hands trembled slightly as he comfortingly grasped Tang Zi's palm.

Tang Zi also held his hand back and smiled, saying: "Don't worry, Yu Lao Ban, it's all right. If you're tired, just take a nap. When you wake up, we'll be home."

Yu Wei Yang seemed to be really tired, nodded slightly and leaned on Tang Zi's body. His eyes were closed all the time, his breathing was slow and long, as if he hadn't had a good rest for many days, and his face turned waxen yellow.

Wen Baiyu felt extremely uncomfortable in her heart and said: "What to do? Yu Wei Yang's eyes, as well as his throat were burned. Is there still a chance for him to speak?"

Tangzi gently stroked Yu Wenyang's forehead and said, "Boss Yu's eyes were originally made by me with blood jade. I have a way to make him see again, but it will make Boss Yu suffer again... his throat..."

He said, suddenly fell silent, one hand clenched into a fist, as if extremely furious.

  "I have a way."

Gan Zhu's back suddenly stirred, he poked his head out, seemingly touching the wound on his back, but only furrowed his brow, as if feeling the pain in his back, then calmly reached into his pocket to grab a snack, but only pulled out a handful of peanuts, seeming somewhat displeased.

Hun Dun went to dig into another pocket, and also the inside pocket of his clothes. This time he really finished eating, leaving only a handful of peanuts behind.

Chaos was rubbing peanuts with one hand and stuffing them into his mouth with the other, saying: "My physical body has four wings. The wings of Chaos can go to the land of death and life. Our ancestors have been hunting us for a long time, most of which are for our wings. If you can find my physical body, I can give you a pair of wings."

Tangzi looked at Hundun and Hundun said: "I have never told a lie."

The problem is that no one knows where the physical body of Chaos is, and Huo Mo is also looking for the physical body of Chaos. In other words, they now want to save Yu Lao Ban, but at the same time, they must take a step ahead to find the physical body of Chaos first. Otherwise, after Huo Mo succeeds, who knows if he will set them all on fire and sacrifice them alive.

Wen Baiyu said: "Then you don't remember where your physical body is either."

Hun Dun shrugged his shoulders and carefully peeled the peanut skin, saying: "I was buried alive, who knows where their own corpse is buried?"

Wen Baiyu felt that what he said made some sense, but now didn't know where to go. First of all, there was no chaotic shadow in the main tomb chamber. Chaos was an ancient ferocious beast, and its physical body couldn't be small. The previous tomb chamber was very empty, so it shouldn't have been there. Moreover, there was a green-haired hedgehog in the tomb chamber, which looked very dangerous.

And this tomb is full of poisonous green caterpillars everywhere, it's uncertain when they will be poisoned, and I really don't know where to find a good one.

Everyone fell silent at once, and Gan Zhu suddenly stood up, saying: "I know the general direction."

Everyone looked at him in surprise, unable to understand how Gan Zhu knew when even Hundun didn't know.

Gan Zhu said: "This tomb should be built by the followers of witchcraft, but it's just black magic. I roughly understand some and have made some preparations."

He said, taking out a piece of paper from his backpack, on which were drawn many complex diagrams and texts that Wen Baiyu couldn't understand at all.

Chaos leaned on his back, took a glance and said: "Ah... So you are the descendant of Gan Ren, no wonder you're called Gan Zhu."

Wen Baiyu didn't know what a sweet person was. Gan Zhu had already stood up and walked away from the side room, heading elsewhere. The crowd hastily followed him.

Wan Qi Jing Hou explained: "During the Xia Dynasty, there were people of Gan who had the surname Zhai. They opposed Yu's destruction of the abdication system and his change to a hereditary monarchy, and as a result suffered from Yu's attacks. Later, almost all the people of Gan were slaughtered, with only a few survivors escaping to other places where they made a living by practicing witchcraft. It wasn't until more than 400 years later that a small number of people of Gan dared to reveal their identities, taking Gan as their surname."

Wen Baiyu said: "So that's how it is, no wonder Gan Zhu understands Wu culture."

Hun Dun seemed somewhat curious, patted Gan Zhi's shoulder and said: "Hey, how did the surviving Gans manage to escape?"

Gan Zhu glanced at him sideways, seemingly disgusted by his red clothes covered in peanut skins, and said: "Those are ancestral matters, how would I know?"

Wan Qi Jing Hou said: "The Gan people worship witchcraft, believe in nature, and also have a branch of the Gan people who worship ancient ferocious beasts. Not all of them worship, but only offer sacrifices to chaos."

Hun Dun suddenly came to his senses and said: "Ah, isn't that me? You admire me so much, I'll give you an autograph!"

Gan Zhu seemed somewhat impatient and said, "Shut up."

The primordial Chaos said with a sneer: "I am your revered deity."

Wen Baiyu said: "Why worship Hundun?"

Wan Xi Jing Hou took a look at Gan Zhuo and said, "There is no record of this in the ancient books. I only knew about it after reading an autobiography of a Gan person in his tomb. However, this isn't hard to guess either. It should be during the time when Qi was slaughtering the Gan people that Hun Dun saved them."

In the midst of chaos, he opened his eyes wide and said, "Ah, so that's how it is."

Gan Zhu's face was somewhat unnatural, Hun Dun finished the last peanut and snatched the paper from his hand, looking left and right, saying: "Your preparation work is really thorough, have you been eyeing my body for a long time?"

Hun Dun himself didn't think much of it, but when others heard it, especially Wen Bai Yu, they were all shocked and embarrassed, feeling that the ancient fierce beasts were actually all the same.

Gan Zhu's face became even more unnatural, snatched the paper back, blew away the peanut skin on it, and before Hun Dun could speak, Gan Zhu took a step ahead and said: "Shut up."

Hun Dun grunted and said: "You only know how to say that one sentence, but I am the lifesaver of your ancestors."

Everyone followed Gan Zhu forward, the drawing was very complicated, with many marks of revision. In fact, these were all Gan Zhu's deductions. Actually, Gan Zhu had never been down to this tomb before, he lived nearby for five years and had always been studying this ancient tomb.

Wishing you a smooth journey ahead, for a long stretch of the path was paved with stone slabs. Suddenly, I entered a tomb chamber which turned out to be identical to the main tomb chamber I saw earlier.

All around, the load-bearing pillars were tied with dry corpses. In the middle stood a huge white bone tower, on top of which was placed a crystal coffin. The person inside the crystal coffin wore golden silk clothes.

Wen Baiyu said: "How can there be two identical tomb chambers? Does the White Bone Tower also have two?"

Gan Zhu looked around and suddenly pointed upwards.

Everyone looked up and saw that the top of the tomb was round, with stars carved on it, shining brightly as if inlaid with various precious stones, carved like the starry sky.

On top of the tomb is still hanging a huge copper plate, on which are carved various patterns, similar to those painted on the Gan Zhu paper.

Gan Zhu looked up, a smile finally appearing at the corner of his mouth. Hun Dun patted him on the shoulder and said with particular disdain, "Hey, you look especially abnormal when you smile, so it's better if you don't."

Gan cursed as his face turned black, but he didn't want to bother with him and turned to the others saying: "This should be the real main tomb chamber, the copper plate above is a mechanism."

Everyone looked up at the copper plate, but they didn't understand the witch culture and couldn't figure out what was mysterious about it.

Moreover, the copper plate is hung very high, and it's about the same height as the crystal coffin on the White Bone Tower. How can they trigger the mechanism on the copper plate?

Gan Zhu no longer looked up, but instead walked to the side of the White Bone Tower, stretched out his hand and gently stroked the white bones, as if feeling something, and suddenly smiled again.

Hun Dun patted his shoulder and said: "Hey, I'm serious, you look especially perverted when you smile, stop smiling."

Gan Zhu could no longer bear with him and said: "You go sit over there."

Chaos shook his head and said, "No way, the ground is too hard. I'd rather lie on your back."

Gan's face was twisted in an expression that was either ferocious or distorted, anyway it gave a feeling of being suffocated by the chaotic air, so he simply didn't bother with him.

Gan Zhu stretched out his hand on the bones and groped around for a while before suddenly twisting one of the bones.

A crisp crackling sound, as if bones were disjointed.

The bones were suddenly stirred by the sweet blessing, and at this moment, the copper plate on top of the head suddenly made a "click" sound, as if it was being pulled and rotated by something.

Wen Baiyu looked up and saw that the patterns on the copper plate were rotating, forming different patterns. The gemstone stars on top of the tomb also began to rotate non-stop.

Wen Baiyu said in surprise: "Moved?"

Gan Zhu studied it for a moment, then began to twist the second bone, and with another "click", the bone was twisted, and the copper plate on top of his head rotated at an angle.

Wen Baiyu stared at the copper plate in amazement, feeling that it was extremely mysterious. Just then, Wen Baiyu's eyes flickered and she felt that there was something on the surface of the copper plate.

  "Crack!"

Wen Baiyu didn't have time to speak, Gan Zhu had already twisted the third time, and the copper plate turned another angle. With the rotation, Wen Baiyu clearly saw that there was indeed something hiding on the copper plate, and it seemed to be peeking at the people below.

Wen Baiyu retreated to Wan Jinhou's side and lowered his voice, saying: "There is someone above."

Wan Xi Jing Hou nodded and lowered his voice, saying: "The skin of the fire demon."

As soon as he spoke, Wen Baiyu's heart skipped a beat, and then she turned her head to look at Tangzi. Tangzi's face was very solemn, as if he had also seen something above.

Wan Qi Jinghou suddenly walked over and whispered a few words to Gan Zhu, who nodded slightly. Hun Dun, who was lying on his back, didn't hear anything and said, "What are you whispering about? I want to listen too."

"Shut up and stop making trouble."

The primordial chaos let out a low hum.

Just then, there was a sudden "giggle" sound coming over.

Wen Baiyu shouted "not good", turned his head to look, and found that not only one dumpling was there. The green-haired female dumpling and the small dumpling had actually succeeded in meeting up with each other, and they had even found them. Both dumplings were injured, dripping with green sticky liquid from their bodies, flowing all over the ground with foul-smelling water, the stench was extremely pungent.

Gan Zhu himself was about to twist off the fourth white bone, but his movements suddenly froze.

Two dumplings swayed as they walked in, their eyes glowing green due to injury, seemingly having killed red eyes. The green-haired female dumpling had a very majestic figure, she jumped up from the ground with a sudden leap, clapped her hands and was about to hit Wen Baiyu.

Wen Baiyu's heart cursed as he raised his phoenix bone dagger and made a defensive slash.

The green-haired corn was scratched and wailed in pain, making "ga ga" sounds.

That little dumpling had already pounced on Tangzi, who was holding Yu Wei Yang in his arms and didn't have a free hand. Wan Xi Jing Hou flung out the dragon scale dagger, successfully enraging the little dumpling, which let out a loud "Kakaka" as it charged over.

"What to do? It's poisonous, if you touch it, you'll die."

As he spoke, a sudden flash of inspiration struck him and he looked up at the copper plate above.

Cháng máo zòng zi fēi cháng fèn nù, yǎn jing sǐ sǐ dīng zhù huà shāng zì jǐ de fèng gǔ pí shòu, wēn bái yǔ shēn xī le yī kǒu qì, tū rán bǎ shǒu lǐ de fèng gǔ pí shòu shuāi shǒu jìn lì yī tiào, jiù xiàn pí shòu "suō" de yī xià fēi shàng le tiān, yī xià luò zài tóng pán shàng.

The long-haired zongzi's IQ seems to be low, the female zongzi saw the dagger that scratched herself and immediately rushed towards the White Bone Tower with her hands and feet, quickly climbing up, then borrowing from the White Bone Tower, swinging over like a gibbon, "thud" landing on the copper plate not far away.

  "Eeeeeee-ahhhhhh"

The copper plate emitted a piercing sound, as if the rope hanging above it could no longer bear such a heavy weight. The copper plate began to tilt to one side due to the weight of the long-haired zongzi.

The copper plate was tilted, and the figure on it became very clear. Indeed, there was someone on top of it.

Not exactly human, but rather the skin of that Fire Demon.

Cháng máo zòng zi suddenly saw a strange thing appear in front of him, and with his eyes already red from killing, he pounced on it to launch a preemptive attack. Huǒ mó's skin flashed open with a "whoosh" sound, forcing him to jump down from the copper plate.

He appeared suddenly, scaring Xiaozong into a daze, then Xiaozong quickly pounced over and bit down on Huomao's skin.

The long-haired dumplings looked down from above, making the copper plate "squeak" with a loud noise. Wen Baiyu swallowed a mouthful of saliva and really didn't know how much longer the copper plate could hold on.

"Hurry up and continue twisting!" Wen Baiyu hastily said to Gan Zhu.

Gan Zhu nodded and quickly twisted the fourth white bone.

  "Ah..."

The copper plate started spinning again, scaring the long-haired dumplings on top, still grasping and biting at the copper plate, which emitted a strong creaking sound, as if it was about to collapse under the weight.

Wen Baiyu's forehead was covered in sweat, but the fight between Xiao Zongzi and Huo Mo's skin wrapping actually made things easier for them.

Although this dumpling is a child, the child's vitality is often the most abundant, and it becomes the most powerful after becoming a dumpling. The fire demon now has only skin, and the small dumpling is poisonous. The fire demon's skin has something to fear, and for the time being, they are at a stalemate.

Hun Dun's forehead was sweating profusely as he urged, "How many more twists are there?"

Gan Zhu said: "There are six in total."

There are only two left, but these two are the most difficult. Gan Zhu is also somewhat uncertain, after all, witchcraft is vast and profound, especially since he didn't study black magic, but can still rely on understanding to guess the arrangement of black magic.

  "Crack!"

Gan Zhu twisted the fifth white bone, the copper plate rotated, and the stars on top of the grave began to gather, becoming exceptionally dazzling.

This light made the long-haired hedgehog extremely uncomfortable, as if it had been stimulated, and its mouth "heh heh" was crazy, plus the rotation of the copper plate, the stimulation of the long-haired hedgehog was not small, and it was about to rage, starting to jump continuously on the copper plate.

Wen Baiyu saw the huge copper plate swaying left and right on top of their heads, almost falling down. The rope above was made of some unknown material, very elastic, but even so, it had already started to snap, and they didn't know when it would break, smashing them into a pulp.

On the other side, Xiao Zongzi and Huo Mo's skin fought fiercely. Although Xiao Zongzi was poisonous, it still couldn't compare to Huo Mo's ferocity. The green-haired Xiao Zongzi let out a miserable cry, "Kua", and was instantly slapped away by Huo Mo's skin. A stream of green liquid flowed all over the ground, splashing onto Huo Mo's skin, and suddenly burned a hole in it.

The fire demon let out a "Hoo-hoo-hoo" roar from its throat, seemingly extremely furious. Pi turned around and stared at Wen Baiyu, suddenly letting out another "Hoo-hoo-hoo" sound, this time sounding like laughter.

Wen Baiyu's heart skipped a beat, his own phoenix bone dagger was still on the copper plate, and the long-haired rice dumpling shook left and right, shaking the dagger almost to the point of falling off, but it never fell off, and he had no weapon in his hand.

Huomao's skin suddenly let out a loud roar, then rushed straight at Wen Baiyu, he had no bones, just a piece of skin that was extremely terrifying, swooping through the air with a "whooshing" sound.

Wan Qi Jinghou pulled Wen Baiyu, and with him, rolled forward on the ground. The Fire Demon's skin barely brushed against Wen Baiyu's back as it flew by.

Wen Baiyu's head spun and his eyes blurred, just then, Wan Jie Jinghou suddenly pushed him out with a loud "bang", Wen Baiyu retreated several steps, fell to the ground with a thud, and for a moment, he was dazed and confused.

The Huo Mo's skin had just been wiped away, and it immediately turned its head and rushed back. Wan Xi Jing Hou pushed Wen Bai Yu out, and when Wen Bai Yu looked up, he saw that the skin was entangled in a fierce battle with Wan Xi Jing Hou.

Wen Baiyu lowered his head and searched around, only to find the flashlight tied to his arm. Without thinking, he rushed over and "bang" - shone the flashlight directly at Huoye's skin.

After finishing, Wen Baiyu was a little scared. The skin of Huo Mo was smashed by his flashlight and fell to the ground. Wen Baiyu had used all his strength to smash it, as if he wanted to use up all the milk he had drunk. The flashlight was sticky, as if it had smashed out Huo Mo's skin.

Wen Baiyu felt nauseous, and Wan Jingshou had already grabbed him, pulling him back several steps.

Wan Xi Jing Hou smiled and said: "You're quite ruthless, aren't you?"

Wen Baiyu's palms were actually sweating, but he pretended to be calm, coughed and said: "Of course, I'll avenge Lord Yu."

He exclaimed, "Ah!" and saw the skin on the ground bulge up again. Wen Baiyu hit Fire Demon's skin with one punch, creating a large hole that stuck to the ground. Then, there was a tearing sound, "Rip-" as the skin crawled up from the ground and tore off another large piece.

Wen Baiyu felt nauseous and was about to vomit, when Wan Xi Jing Hou grasped his hand.

The Fire Demon's skin let out a loud "Hahahaha" as it laughed, saying: "Is that all you've got? You'll ultimately become my living sacrifice!"

He shouted loudly and the whole skin began to bulge, as if it was inflated with air, and suddenly rushed over.

In a state of utmost urgency, he was covered in sweat, urging Gan Zhu, "Hurry up, they're closing in."

Gan Zhu was also a bit impatient, but in the end he didn't dare to twist it down, if they twisted it wrong, they would probably be buried alive here, perhaps being buried alive is still a more comfortable way to die.

Chaos suddenly loosened his neck and got down from his body.

Gan Zhu said: "Where are you going?"

Hun Dun said: "Of course I'll help, you just focus on cracking your brain!"

He was about to pass by when Gan Zhu suddenly became alert, grabbed Hundu and rushed forward while shouting: "Be careful!"

  "Boom, rumble——!!!"

A loud noise erupted, and Wen Baiyu didn't have time to realize what was happening before she heard a huge crash. She felt herself being swept into Wan Jiahao's arms, and the two of them tumbled to the edge of the tomb chamber.

A massive cloud of dust rose before his eyes, and the gray earth enveloped the entire tomb. The tomb began to shake violently, as if it were doomsday.

Wen Baiyu was choked and coughed, coughing several times before barely opening his eyes. He waved his hand to disperse the dust that lingered in front of him for a long time. When he stared, a huge hole appeared in the center of the tomb chamber. It turned out that the copper plate on top finally couldn't hold it and fell down, instantly smashing through the roof of the tomb chamber.

Wen Baiyu looked down and saw that it was very deep, the Fire Demon's skin had disappeared, probably already smashed down.

Wen Baiyu's heart skipped a beat as she shouted: "Tangzi? Yu Wei Yang?"

The dust settled, Tang Tzu coughed and said with some difficulty: "We're okay."

Wen Baiyu looked up and let out a sigh of relief, the tomb chamber in the middle suddenly appeared a large hole, four corners are still intact, Gan Zhu Hongyun and Tang Ziyu boss respectively occupied two corners, they just gazed at each other from afar.

Wan Kuang Jing Hou looked down and said: "There is a basement."

Gan Zhu also glanced inside and said, "Go down and take a look."

Actually, Gan Zhu wanted to open the mechanism, just to open the second underground layer of the tomb, which is a tower-like palace, it's hard to imagine if there's a third layer.

If the white bone tower is twisted incorrectly, the copper plate may trigger a mechanism to shoot out, or it may emit poisonous gas, or there may be other ways to make the tomb raider unable to enter or exit.

But no one expected that such a barbaric method could also open the "door" of the second underground layer, only this door was a bit simple.

Everyone looked down and saw that it was smashed very deeply, but because it was a smashed opening, it was not very flat. You can climb down a little bit by holding onto the rock wall.

Wen Baiyu threw a fluorescent stick in, but couldn't see anything.

Wan Kuang Jing Hou walked down first, followed by Wen Bai Yu. Tang Zi carried Yu Wei Yang on his back, not knowing if it was because of exhaustion or something else, but he had been asleep the whole time and didn't wake up despite all the commotion.

Tang Zihao and Gan Xue had wounded men who needed care, so the two of them climbed down afterwards.

Wen Baiyu felt both his hands go numb, his fingernails had long been scratched off, he was exhausted to the point of collapse, but as soon as he thought of Yuwang Yang's appearance, no matter what happened, he must find the physical body of Hun Dun.

Wen Baiyu walked down, looking left and right, suddenly exclaimed "hmm", only to see that his phoenix bone dagger had fallen off, landing on a protruding rock.

Wen Baiyu grasped the rock with one hand and stretched out the other to grab, he grabbed it with great effort, and finally managed to get the Fenggu bone dagger, hurriedly putting it in his pocket, and indeed felt a sense of loss and recovery.

Everyone continued to climb down, and after about twenty minutes, Wen Baiyu's hands were numb, and they finally saw the bottom.

A huge bronze plate pressed down on the ground, causing the second layer of the tomb to sink in a bit. Wan Qi Jing Hou jumped down first, and Wen Bai Yu also jumped down, landing with a "thud" and unable to get up.

Wan Qi Jinghou quickly reached out and grabbed him, picking him up, and closely followed by Tangzi and Gan Zhu who also jumped down.

A huge tomb chamber, which was supposed to have a white bone tower and crystal coffin, but has been crushed flat by copper plates.

Wen Bai Yu carefully looked at the copper plate, which was a bit uneven at the bottom. She tilted one foot and said, "Do you think that skin will be beaten to death?"

Wan Xi Jing Hou shook his head, and couldn't be certain, but what they could confirm was that they had no way of moving this copper plate to search.

If you want to open such a large copper plate, only the shape of Wanxi Jinghou Xuelong can do it, but although it is high here, it is far from the body size of Xuelong, and if the tomb collapses, it will be miserable.

Wen Baiyu and they rested for two minutes, then quickly moved forward.

In front of it was a dimly lit tomb, with an eternal lamp lit inside the tomb. There were four lamp slaves kneeling on the ground in the four corners. The shape of the lamp slaves was very strange and not ordinary palace lamps, but rather four strange beasts.

The monster has four wings on its body, its front legs are bent and kneeling on the ground, resembling a kneeling posture, with a long bright lamp on its head.

Hundun saw the lantern slave, was stunned for a moment, and said: "Hundun."

Wen Baiyu had never seen Chaos before. It turned out that Chaos itself was like this, and indeed it had four wings.

The chamber was extremely empty, and Wen Baiyu felt that this was not a tomb, but rather an execution chamber.

On the wall hung all sorts of torture instruments, which were very old and had begun to rust, some were corroded black, and some still emitted a pungent smell, seemingly the smell of blood.

In the center of the tomb chamber stood a huge cage, covered with black cloth, twisted and distorted.

Hun Dun suddenly started shivering, seemingly cold, more like convulsing. Gan Zhu thought he was having a seizure and turned around to see Hun Dun staring blankly at the huge cage.

Hun Dun's face turned pale, his body trembling non-stop, both hands tightly grasping Gan Zhuo's shoulders. One of Gan Zhuo's shoulders had been bitten by Hun Dun and the wound hadn't healed yet; when he grabbed it, it hurt a bit, but Hun Dun seemed to be completely unaware, only continuing to tremble, low growls coming from his throat, as if he was being bewitched by Yin Lingzi...

Wen Baiyu saw his reaction and it seemed that the answer was already obvious. This cage must be holding the physical body of Chaos.

Gan Zhu put him down from his back, Hun Dun involuntarily retreated backwards, as if he had been greatly frightened. Gan Zhu hugged him, but Hun Dun's strength was extremely great, and his hands struggled outward, causing the wound to tear open again.

Gan Zhu grabbed his arm and shouted: "Don't move!"

Hun Dun was startled and didn't dare move again, the low growl in his throat also became a little smaller...

Wan Qi Jing Hou said: "I'll go take a look."

He said, slowly walking forward, Wen Baiyu's heart was sweating, and saw Wan Qi Jinghou stretch out his hand to grab the black cloth, "Whoosh" sound, shook down the black cloth.

...exposed inside is a huge bronze cage...
