  I continued to read '不死的我速通灵异游戏'. Or 'I'm Immortal Speed Pass Supernatural Game'. I am currently on chapter 38. I have to say, it sort of reminds me of '死亡游戏：开局欺诈师，假扮神明' or 'Death Game: Starting as a fraudster, pretending to be a god'.

  It is just the death game aspect.

  I dropped that book. It had a extremely interesting hook. But I lost interest as it continued. Especially when he meets his 'future' self that is a god. He doesn't trust this 'self'. I won't go into it.

  We shall see if this book proves to be interesting. My main motivation for reading this one is the potential skills. If the MC gets sealed, he would be screwed. So I'm hoping he unlocks cool abilities that make up for the weaknesses of immortality.

  The 'death games' themselves seem to mess with reality as well.

  It seems as if some entity is messing with him and trying to use him.

  For example, this MC has a major weakness. He doesn't care for his own life. Even if he was no longer immortal. He wouldn't fear death.

  But he has a sister.

  That seems to be his only tie to humanity left.

  He even shared his secret of immortality with her. To the point where she argues with him if she catches him performing suicide to skip sleep.

  It seems our MC really wants to die!

  But his immortality prevents this wish.

  The MC's intelligence is a bit... insane.

  His stats surpass a human in peak condition. This is mostly thanks to him training and then dying over and over again. But the death game system seems to be unable to increase intelligence.

  It seems to be innate.

  But even still...

  It is at '11' for him.

  I think the average is like '5'.

  All his stats are at 10+.

  Besides his charm, which is normal to low.

  His character sort of reminds me of the MC from '我用幻术控制全世界' or 'I control the world with magic'. The characters are similar in a sense. This is a bit spoilerish.

  But both MC's attain immortality.

  They also don't fear death or challenges.

  But with '我用幻术控制全世界'. You see the source of the MC's personality and how he got to that level. It is the same for this story, but a much shorter timeframe.

  I think it is around five years after he figures out he is immortal. That is when the story starts for us.
