Who are you?

“Love is something eternal, the aspect may change, but not the essence.” —Vincent Van Gogh

I drove as fast as I could without trying to cause am accident, or attract a cop I didn’t want to have to take the time to stop and put the whammy on him to let us go I needed to get to Jane. I pulled up to the rec center I parked and jumped out Aiden followed. I ran to the door and froze I could see Jane sprawled on the floor a few feet away not moving I yanked the door open and ran to her fear hot on my heels as I knelt beside her and gently took her into my arms. I felt relief when I could hear and see the rise and fall of her chest then I saw the bloody mess of her neck and cursed The bustard had hurt her again I was going to find him and rip him to fucking pieces and enjoy every moment.

“We need to leave and take care of Jane I’ll drive” Aiden said coming to his side his eyes hard with anger as he took in Jane’s form. Nodding I got to my feet carefully cradling her against my chest we headed back outside to the car, I got in the back seat with Jane while Aiden got in the front and began to drive . I bit my wrist making a deep wash I worked her mouth open and poured my blood down her throat once my wound healed I opened it one more time and did it again by the time we reached my building her neck had almost healed completely. I gently put her in the bed and got a warm wash cloth and began to clean her neck off trying to not panic that she hadn’t moved at all or stirred the whole cat ride or even now without the steady rise and fall of her chest I would have thought she was dead.

“ Should she be this still?” I finally asked Aiden when another three hours went by and she still hadn’t moved an inch. He sat in the chair on the other side of the bed he peered down at Jane a look of concern and confusion on his face I was sure mirrored my own.

“Truthfully my friend we have no idea what happened to her before we arrived” he said bluntly “ I’m sorry I’m not sure what else to do but give her more time of she has no change in the morning we will see what else can be done” he assured him I nodded hating feeling so helpless I took Jane’s hand in mines and prayed she would open her beautiful eyes soon.

  Jane

I was lost or maybe the more accurate statement would be it was too foggy to see where the hell I was or where I was going I was surrounded everywhere by dense fog I sighed as I continued walking and hoping I would eventually find my way out of here not only was I lost I was confused to be honest things felt blurry and fuzzy I started to run I had to get out I let out a sigh of relief when a big pink door appeared in grabbed the handle and pulled the door opened it took a step forward then screamed as my foot didn’t touch solid ground and I began to free-fall.

Gasping I bolted upright in the bed my heart was pounding in looked around my head swung wildly I scooted backwards until my back hit a headboard.

“Jane your okay” a deep soothing voice said I looked over “take a deep breath” I did and then another.

“Where am I?” I asked wrapping my arms around myself he tilted his head.

“your at home Jane” I frowned Jane?

“Is that my name, Jane?” I asked the handsome stranger his eyes grew so big it thought they would fall out the sockets.

“Yes” he paused “do you know who I am?’ he asked I shook my head it acted the sad look in his eyes.

“I’m sorry” I said I felt the need to make him feel better even though he was a whole stranger I hesitantly started to reach for him when a wave of dizziness hit me I started to fall sideways when the Handsome stranger caught me and held me even though I didn’t know him being in his arms felt good.

“I’m going to take care of you” he promised me his voice solemn I nodded for some reason I believed him.

“Okay” I murmured as my eyes started to close I forced them back open.

“What’s your name?” I asked him as darkness crept around the sides of my vision.

“Antonio” he said just as everything once again went dark.
