The blue sky is bright, Michails eyes flinch. Birds fly over them and the sun beams over Michail. It's a nice and sunny day for a fight. Michails eyes start to close.

  "Stand up Michail! I thought you wanted to fight Thumos?" Sophos said.

  Michail gets up and throws his shirt on the ground.

  "ALL RIGHT!" Lucas screams.

  ...

  "So, what's our first lesson Sophos?" Lucas said.

  "Come fight me."

  "Really!? Thank yo-"

  "Wait, Michail you first." Sophos interrupts Lucas.

  "Okay, sure." Michail runs at Sophos going for the kill.

  He stops once he's in punching distance, left hand to his chest he throws a jab at Sophos's face.

  "No fair..." Lucas said in his head watching Michail.

  Sophos dodges and jumps back, Michail pushes further.

  Michail jabs again, and again but Sophos continues to dodge and jab back.

  They go back and forth for a while until Sophos hits a corner of a wall

  Michail pulls back his right arm and punches Sophos.

  Sophos whips around Michail and punches him into the ground.

  "It's over." Sophos said dropping his guard.

  "It's my turn!"

  "No, I'll fight you later." Sophos said touching Michail's bloodied wounds.

  "Are you scared of me Sophos?" Lucas said smirking.

  "Last time we fought I won, and you were drastically stronger just give it up."

  Michail gets up and looks at his wounds.

  "Did you heal me?" Michail said.

  "Yes, it's just basic Chemical Bia." Sophos said dusting his clothes.

  "Speaking of Bia, I'm going to teach you two how to use Heat Bia just like the Fire Lord!"

  "Fire Lord? I know him he's kind of famous, isn't he?" Lucas responded.

  "Now you can't really sense Bia, you can feel it inside you in its rawest form, chemical energy. This chemical energy can be manipulated to heal others or defend from attacks, and when releasing it out you can witness a different type of Bia, heat and explosions!"

  "To perform an explosion, we can manipulate our bodies self-defense mechanism. Now just hold your arm up, tense the muscles inside it and focus, then release!"

  FFFWOOOSH!!

  "Woah that's insane!" Michail said.

  "I'm assuming Bia is connecting to all types of energy?" Lucas said.

  "It's kind of rare to hear something smart come out of your mouth Lucas." Sophos replied.

  "You know I'm not an idiot, right?"

  "Okay it's just tensing and releasing your arm muscles, it leaks out Bia for a split second but instead of heat to get an explosion you need to tense harder and release faster, its mainly used when your muscles undergo extreme tension and its shot out to defend the body, pretty cool heh?"

  "The down sides are that your body may change depending on the Bia type if you use perform it wrong."

  BOOM! Michail explodes himself and whips away the smoke.

  "Now touch my hand."

  Michail touches the palm of Sophos hand and its extremely cold.

  "Huh that's interesting."

  "Now you try it, Lucas." Sophos said.

  Lucas raises his arm and closes his eyes. He puts as much strain on his arm as possible and releases a fire ball.

  "Wait a secon-" It fills narrowly missing Sophos and burning his clothes.

  "WHAT THE HE-" Sophos stops and clenches his fists.

  "My bad, gramps."

  Sophos sighs and tells Michail to aim away from him or anything flammable.

  "Are you trying to piss me off, why would I want to do this for a living?"

  "Lucas, Michail come here! Once Lucas punches you, I want you to tense your stomach."

  "I'll go easy on you."

  Lucas pulls his fist back and caves into MIchails Stomach.

  THUD!

  "Tsk, I didn't do it right!"

  Michail spits blood out.

  "You did it perfectly, this defense is internal for a better way of protecting yourself you need to use significantly more Bia matching the force or Bia coming at you."

  "Okay Lucas you try now, Michail punch him"

  Lucas takes the hit, but his knees start to wobble.

  "Dunamis is on the more magical side of Bia, and it's fueled by Chemical Bia. It's kind of complicated on where it comes from, but it strives from your hopes and dreams. I would use mine but you sure can. Instead, I'm going to examine yours and tell you how to master it." Sophos said.

  "I don't really have any motivations right now." Michail responded.

  "What about getting revenge?" Sophos replied.

  "I don't really care for that anymore." Michail said.

  "Welp, we will only know when you fight someone and when we have more information. You're first mission will be to grab the Roads of Sozo, with that book we can use it to get more insight on your false Dunamis. It was stolen by a few bandits, I'll give you a month to train your Bia, Lucas will come with you to. Actually, I think those bandits also have False Dunamis you could sympathize with them and learn a thing or two. but you should expect them to be dangerous. And remember if you run out of Bia you'll die, because Bia is chemical energy its fuel for your Body." Sophos said.

  During the one month, they learn a new technique. Advanced Bia Protection, after it they fight Sophos. Michail fights Sophos, slowing coming in until he reaches his range. He keeps on the defensive making sure to keep distance, using jabs and side steps. Sophos blocks with defensive Bia on the exact spot Michail is hitting him on. "Why aren't you using any Bia? Are you trying to step in and catch me off guard Michail, or are you baiting me in?" Sophos thinks.

  "I can see riiiight through you... Guess I'll bite." Sophos comes in with attempting to close the distance, but Michail uses 40 percent of his Bia to cause an explosion. Using this to stager Sophos, hiding in the smoke of the explosion he used 5 percent of his Bia on his toes to dash in for a split second to punch Sophos then dashing back into the smoke only using Bia when he punches him. He punches him 3 times until Sophos grabs his arm once Michail's hand is going to hit his. he grabs it and throws him into the ground. "A right hook, overhand, and roundhouse punch, not bad for a kid." Sophos charges his fists with Heat Bia, Michail uses the last 50 percent of his Bia, Michail closes his eyes and focuses on his heartbeat, every time his heart beats he clenches his chest

  "I took it too far."

  Lucas steps in and fights Sophos. Lucas concentrates on making sure he can see Sophos's range and using his height and weight advantage to deal wide ranged attacks making sure not to let his guard down. Constantly using Bia for ranged attacks (40 percent), and on his feet (30 percent). He manages to get Sophos a few times, and every time Sophos tries to dodge, Lucas grabs a rock. Once Sophos tries to dodge, he faints him with a rock, catching him off guard.

  Lucas charges his fist (30 percent) and attempts to punch Sophos.

  "It's already over." Sophos said.

  Lucas drops to the ground almost starving to death.

  "Come on you know better than to not use that much Bia that quickly."

  Sophos walks to Lucas and Michail replenishing there Bia.

  "That was an amazing fight." Sophos thinks to himself

  Lucas and Michail both walk back to their bedrooms not saying a word.

  They sleep like babies.

  Sophos goes to his room, opening and closing his door he takes a key and locks it. Sophos grabs a spiritual book called "Study of the Syndeo Void"; it doesn't have an author. He flips the book open, the book talks about a void filled with spirits, vengeful spirits but each one is complimenting one man trapped in there. He skims through the book each page gets harder and harder to read sentences spiral into nonsense. Sophos stares deeply into words as if he could understand it.

  The book ends, only blank pages remain. Sophos closes the book and puts it by his bed. He gets up and walks to a portrait of the Kardia, he looks at Soul and silently said something.

  "Why?"

  Sophos unlocks his room and walks out and continues to walk toward Michails room. He stands at the door and slowly opens Michail's door making sure not to wake him. He walks quietly to his bed, he looks at Michail as he snores.

  "I'm sorry."

  Sophos closes the door; he grabs a drink sipping on it while walking to his bed. He switches clothes and drinks while reading a book.

  The night passes, everyone has grotesque nightmares but at least they're getting a night's rest.

  Michail wakes up pretty early, at around 8. He gets up and changes his clothes; his morning routine is simply but sloppy. First thing Michail does it clean himself, he spends a few minutes in a hot spring with Lucas, then he grooms himself in the bathroom him and Lucas share.

  "All these books and shelfs but you can't share enough room for a third bathroom. And what's with the four bedrooms you only live with three people Sophos!" Michail thinks to himself.

  To finish the morning routine, he eats a few fruits (preferably anything sweet) that Sophos has in the underground cellar.

  They get ready to head out, grabbing a coat to hide themselves and food. Sophos wears noble clothes and his brown hair is neatly braided.

  "Are you trying to make us look like your slaves or something?" Lucas chuckles at Sophos's choice of clothing.

  "Well yes, we're travelling illegally and one of your eaten victims fit the noble criteria, you two need to sit here and act as if you were slaves in fact i need you to change to raggier clothing and get dirtier."

  "Neat." Lucas frowns.

  They switch clothing and head up to Sophos.

  "Hey Michail, you really like fruits don't you?" Lucas said.

  "Yea I used to steal them with a childhood friend named Alex all the time, and red just happens to be my favorite color."

  Sophos orders them to walk with him, his new shiny boots get covered in water. The rain pours down on the three, and the sunny sky turns grey. Each water droplet hits Michail as if it was a sign, his eyes close as one hit his eye. He continues to walk making sure to keep his eyes on the sky, he avoids any obstacles in his way.

  Going through the dark forest he sees birds flying past them.

  "It's kind of chilly outside, isn't it?" Michail said.

  Michail grabs a dead tree log blocking them.

  "Glad we vrought cloats." Lucas said picking his teeth.

  "You're playing you part well Lucas." Sophos said informingly.

  "Is that supposed to be a compliment or an insult?"

  The rain pours in between the silence.

  "Michail what's up with that glowing necklace on your chest I've never seen it before?" Lucas said.

  "Oh this? It's something I got when I was young. My mom gave me it." Michail said holding a log.

  Michail throws the tree log out of the way

  "Do you mind if I take a look at it? I'm quite interested in it as well" Sophos said.

  "Okay here." Michail grabs his necklace and gives it to Sophos.

  The gems and designs on the necklace shines into Sophos's dark green eyes, he flinches. Sophos smiles and turns to Michail.

  "This is some advanced stuff and it's from the Brikomde continent! And there's Bia inside of it that makes it glow, putting Bia inside anything other than food is insanely hard, and there's a hatch to release the Bia exploding anything this is a self-defense weapon! Who are you're parents Michail!?"

  "Yea I was told that if I ever was in trouble I should throw it... I don't want to talk my parents through."

  "Oh, well that's fine, could I wear it?"

  Sophos puts on the necklace as they continue to walk. As they reach the end of the Forrest, they see one of the many tunnels throughout the Western Kingdom. This will be their way out of this Kingdom and into one of the Northern Kingdoms.

  "Michail, and Lucas listen to me just say nothing and follow my lead."

  "Sure." Lucas continues to walk.

  "Why can't there just be another way..." Michail said facepalming.

  "Ello mister have I seen you before?" A tall dark-skinned guard said standing with shorter more rounded pale skinned guard.

  "I've sent over a letter to the Kingdom a few days ago by the name Nicholas with a stamp of nobility."

  "Ah yes you must be him, you can go right ahead my Lord." The guards move aside and let Sophos walk through.

  "May I ask why a noble would be travelling with slaves in this horrid weather?" The pale skin man asked.

  "What be your names men-at-arms!?" Sophos said annoyed.

  "Lysander! the short man said, Arsenio! the tall man said."

  "Well, Lysander and Arsenio these fifth made a royal offense and I need to punish them personally, any more questions?!" Sophos said as if it was a threat.

  "No, I'm sorry for bothering you my Lord, thank you for your patience." The men said in sync.

  Sophos walks into the tunnel, Lucas and Michail behind him. Theres horses to ride on in a straight line, passing beneath the Humans to a different continent.

  "Lucas ride the horse for me."

  "Aye aye captain or whatever." Lucas said grudgingly.

  "Michail you can ride your own horse, keep your eyes straight ahead."

  They set off on their journey to take back the Roads of Sozo!
