Chapter 25

The room, shrouded in a soft twilight, throbbed with electric energy. Amara and Asier, caught in an embrace that seemed to defy time, kissed with an intensity that transported them to a world where only the two of them existed. Their tongues intertwined sensually, exploring every corner of their mouths. Their breathing quickened, broken by longing and passion.

Amara's fingers, trembling yet determined, slid down the buttons of Asier’s shirt. With every button undone, a current of anticipation surged through her body. Her eyes, dark and brilliant, locked onto his, challenging him with a gaze that promised much more than a simple kiss.

Asier, feeling the warmth of her hands on his skin, could not resist. With a swift movement, he slid his arms down Amara’s back and unzipped her dress, letting the soft fabric fall to the floor. Amara, now naked under the dim light, was a vision of beauty that left him breathless.

"I want to make you feel good," Amara said, her voice sounding deeper than usual.

She knelt slowly between Asier’s legs and pulled him toward the edge of the bed, seating him there. Her fingers grazed the skin of his abdomen as she unbuckled his belt, causing him to let out a small sigh. Asier, his face flushed and his pulse racing, tried to stop her, telling her she didn’t have to do this, but Amara placed a hand on his thigh, squeezing firmly.

"Don't say anything," she ordered, looking him in the eye. "Just feel."

When the belt gave way, Amara lowered the zipper slowly, enjoying the sound and the expectation. She began to stroke him with slow, confident movements. She could feel Asier’s body tense and his member throb beneath her fingers. Seeing the expression of pure desire on her husband’s face, Amara drew closer, letting her warm breath graze his skin before taking him into her mouth.

Even though it was her first time, Amara let herself be guided by his heat and firmness. Asier threw his head back, clenching his fists against the sheets. Groans began to escape him uncontrollably as he felt Amara’s wetness and rhythmic suction, which she performed with growing confidence.

"A-Amara... stop for a second," he managed to say, his voice breaking. "You're going to make me come now... I won't be able to hold back."

Amara stopped, but she didn’t pull away. She looked up at him from below, her lips wet and a mischievous smile on her face. She loved feeling that she had total control over the body of such a strong man.

"I don't want you to hold back," she whispered firmly. "I want you to come for me. I want to see you lose control."

With that, she returned to her task with more energy, using her hands and mouth simultaneously. The intensity increased and Asier began to tremble, feeling an unbearable pressure in his belly. He couldn’t hold back any longer. He let out a long, deep groan as his body shook, surrendering completely to the climax Amara was inducing.

When it was all over, Asier was left without strength, breathing heavily. Opening his eyes, he saw Amara standing up, wiping the corner of her lips with a finger and looking at him with a pride that left him speechless.

"A-Are you okay?" Asier managed to ask, still processing the intensity of what he had just experienced. He couldn't believe Amara was willing to do something like this.

"I'm fine," Amara replied. "You have no idea how much it turns me on to see you in that position."

Hearing this, Asier understood that the woman standing before him, his wife, held immense power over him, and that he was weak against her desires.

Amara smiled, her eyes gleaming with lust. She signaled for Asier to lie back on the bed. Asier obeyed, and Amara climbed on top of him, feeling the firmness of his body beneath hers. Every muscle, every curve, was an invitation to explore. Her legs wrapped around his waist, drawing him toward her with irresistible force. Her hands moved across his chest, tracing soft circles over his skin, then descended toward his abdomen, sending a shiver through his entire body.

"You feel so good," Amara whispered, her voice husky with the excitement of feeling him inside her. Her warm breath brushed his ear, sending a chill down his spine.

Asier looked into her eyes, his gaze full of desire and adoration. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. Amara, on top of him, moving her hips, wanting more of him.

"You have no idea how sensual you are, moving like that over me," he replied, his deep, gravelly voice echoing in the room.

Amara smiled, a smile that reached her eyes. With slow, sensual movements, she began to lower herself onto him, feeling every muscle tense under her weight. Her hands dug into his back, gently pulling his hair as she moved.

The room filled with their moans and whispers, creating an intimate and sensual melody. The scent of their skin mixed with Amara's soft perfume filled the air, creating an intoxicating atmosphere. With every touch, every movement, their connection intensified, making them feel closer than ever.

Asier, driven by passion, caught her in his arms and rolled her over, ending up on top. Their bodies joined in a perfect embrace, every curve fitting perfectly with the other. With firm, determined thrusts, he began to penetrate her, feeling the warmth and wetness of her core.

Amara arched her back, her body responding to his. Her nails dug into his back, leaving red marks that would soon fade. Both of their moans filled the room, creating a symphony of pleasure.

"Asier…" Amara moaned as she felt she was close.

Asier quickened the pace, knowing he was about to push her over the edge. He was also about to finish, and seeing the expression of ecstasy on Amara's face, he could no longer contain himself and came inside her. Amara arched and tightened her hands around Asier’s back. Her body shuddered convulsively as she reached orgasm.

As the storm of passion began to subside, Asier gently rolled over, settling behind Amara. He took her in his arms, his warm, sweaty body pressed against hers.

"I still want more," Asier said, almost yearning.

Amara smiled, knowing she didn't want to pull away from him yet, and told him it was okay… to go ahead.

With slow and steady movements, Asier began to penetrate her from behind, his hands caressing her breasts and belly. Amara arched her back, her moans turning into soft sighs. Asier kissed her neck, leaving a trail of wet kisses that descended toward her shoulder.

The room was wrapped in a silence charged with electricity. Moonlight filtered through the window, creating dancing shadows on the walls. Asier buried his face in Amara’s neck, inhaling her sweet scent. Every movement was a caress, every touch, a promise.

His fingers explored every corner of her body, discovering new sensations. Amara clung to him tightly, her nails grazing his back softly. Sweat mingled between their bodies, creating an indescribable feeling of union.

Asier increased the intensity of his movements, feeling Amara cling to him even harder. Her moans grew more intense, filling the room with a sensual melody. At that moment, time stood still.

When they finally reached a new climax, they remained locked in an embrace, feeling their bodies intertwined and their hearts beating as one. Asier placed a soft kiss on the nape of Amara’s neck and whispered in her ear: "I love you."

Amara smiled, feeling the same happiness she always felt with him by her side. She felt safe, loved, and completely satisfied. She curled up in Asier’s arms, feeling the heat of his body and the beat of his heart.

"I love you too," Amara replied, kissing him on the forehead.

At that moment, the outside world disappeared. There were only the two of them, united and happy in each other's arms.

In the days that followed, Amara felt unusually tired. Although she fulfilled her duties as empress, accompanying Asier to meetings and official events, once she returned to the castle all she could do was sleep. Even her beloved garden, which had always been her refuge, was left unattended. The energy simply wasn’t there.

Asier, seeing her grow more exhausted with each passing day, could not ignore his concern. One night, while they were dining in their private chamber, he observed her carefully. Her face was paler than usual, and although she smiled, there was something in her eyes that deeply unsettled him. Finally, he gently took her hand, intertwining his fingers with hers.

“Amara, are you all right?” he asked in a tone full of tenderness, but also sincere worry. “Lately you seem so tired, and although I understand the war has left us all drained, I feel this is more than just fatigue.”

Amara looked away, trying not to worry him further.

“I’m fine, Asier. It’s probably just accumulated exhaustion. A few days of rest and I’ll be good as new.”

But Asier was not convinced. His eyes darkened with unwavering determination.

“I’m calling a doctor to examine you. I can’t be at ease unless I know for certain that you’re well.”

“There’s no need,” Amara protested softly, trying to calm him. “Really, I don’t think it’s necessary.”

Asier did not yield. He leaned slightly toward her, squeezing her hand a bit tighter.

“Amara, please. I can’t stand seeing you like this and doing nothing.”

The weight of his concern finally made Amara sigh and nod.

“All right, Asier. If it puts your mind at ease, call the doctor.”

Within hours, a physician was brought to the castle to examine Amara. However, Asier was not present, as an important meeting had called him away. In his place, Marchioness Bárbara and María stayed with her, making sure she was comfortable.

The doctor, an elderly man with a serious expression, examined Amara thoroughly. As the examination progressed, Amara grew increasingly impatient. She watched the doctor closely, searching for any sign of concern. And then she saw it: a slight flicker of astonishment in his eyes.

Amara’s heart stopped for a moment.

“What is it?” she asked quickly, her tone filled with fear. “Is it something serious?”

The doctor, still surprised, took a deep breath before smiling warmly.

“Your Majesty, you have nothing to worry about. You are pregnant. The symptoms you’ve been experiencing are completely normal for someone in your condition.”

For a moment, time seemed to stop. Amara stared at him, completely still, as his words echoed in her mind.

“Pregnant?” she whispered, as if saying it out loud made it real.

A trembling hand rested on her abdomen. Her heart, which moments ago had seemed to stop, now beat strongly. Before she could react, Marchioness Bárbara let out a joyful gasp.

“Amara!” she exclaimed, stepping forward to hug her tightly. “A baby! This is wonderful! A blessing!”

María, surprised but unable to contain her excitement, covered her mouth and let out a nervous laugh.

“Congratulations, my lady! This is incredible! A baby! We’ll make sure everything is perfect for you and for him… or her.”

Amara was still processing the news, but seeing the radiant faces of Bárbara and María, she began to smile. A warm feeling filled her heart, bringing a joy she had never felt before.

“Thank you… thank you both,” she murmured, her eyes filling with happy tears.

After giving some recommendations regarding diet and rest, the doctor took his leave with a smile, leaving them alone in the room. Amara, still with her hand on her abdomen, looked at Bárbara and María with a serious expression.

“Please, I ask you to keep this a secret for now. I want Asier to be the first to know, and I want to tell him myself. In my own way.”

Bárbara nodded immediately, her expression one of understanding and respect.

“Of course, dear. This is something special, and Asier should hear it from you.”

“Don’t worry,” María said with a reassuring smile. “This will be our little secret.”

Both women stepped forward to hug her, surrounding her with silent but comforting support. Bárbara gently stroked her hair and whispered:

“And you? How do you feel about this news?”

Amara lowered her gaze to her abdomen, allowing herself to feel the magnitude of what it meant. Finally, a soft, genuine smile illuminated her face.

“Happy,” she replied sincerely, her eyes shining with contained emotion. “Very happy.”

Amara left her chamber and, as she walked toward where she knew Asier would be, she couldn’t stop thinking about how he would react to the news of her pregnancy. Although she knew Asier wanted children, the heavy responsibilities he faced might make him think it wasn’t the best time. Still, she knew she had to tell him—and soon.

With her heart pounding, she headed toward the outskirts of the castle, where Asier had just returned and was speaking with a group of nobles. When he saw her approaching, Asier immediately interrupted the conversation and stepped toward her, concern clearly written on his face.

“Amara, are you all right? What did the doctor say?” he asked as he gently took her hand, leaning in to look directly into her eyes.

Amara nodded with a nervous smile, struggling to calm herself. She took a deep breath before replying.

“I’m fine, Asier. But I need to talk to you about something important.”

Alarmed by the seriousness in her voice, Asier quickly excused himself from the nobles and led Amara toward the balcony of their chamber, where they knew they wouldn’t be interrupted.

Once there, Asier turned to her, his brow furrowed with evident concern.

“Amara, what’s going on? You look nervous, and that worries me. Are you sure you’re all right?”

Amara felt her heart race even faster. She took a deep breath, searching for the right words.

“Yes, I’m fine,” she began, trying to steady her nerves. “The doctor told me he knows why I’ve been feeling this way these past few days.”

Asier frowned more deeply, impatience growing.

  “Why, Amara? What is it?”

Amara couldn’t help the smile that lit up her face. Her eyes shone with emotion as she spoke the words that would change their lives.

  “I’m pregnant, Asier.”

Silence filled the air for a moment that felt eternal. Asier stared at her, processing her words. His eyes widened in disbelief, and then joy washed over him. A deep, sincere laugh escaped his lips as he lifted her into an exuberant embrace, spinning her in the air.

“Are you serious?” he finally asked, his voice trembling with emotion.

Amara laughed with him, clinging to his shoulders.

“Yes. The doctor confirmed it. We’re going to have a baby.”

Asier laughed again, louder this time, a sound that echoed beneath the night sky.

“We’re going to have a baby!” he exclaimed, still holding her tightly. “I can’t believe it. This is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”

He suddenly stopped and gently set her down. His hands slid to her face, holding it with infinite tenderness as he looked deeply into her eyes.

“And you? How do you feel about it, my love?” he asked softly, his voice full of concern.

Moved by his reaction, Amara placed her hands over his, smiling calmly.

“I’m happy, Asier. I can’t wait to build a family with you. I know you’ll be an incredible father.”

Asier let out a relieved sigh before a broad smile returned to his face. He lowered his hands and placed them gently on Amara’s abdomen, as if he could already feel the life growing inside her.

“No matter what happens, I’ll be here for you and for our baby. I already love them with all my heart, because they come from you. My favorite person is creating my other favorite person,” he said with a soft laugh, his words filled with genuine emotion.

Amara laughed as well, her eyes filled with happy tears.

“I love you, Asier. There’s no one better than you to spend the rest of my life with.”

They looked at each other with an intensity that spoke more than words ever could. Their lips met in a kiss filled with love and promises for the future. When they parted, Asier pulled her close, holding her beneath the silvery glow of the moon. The stars seemed to shine brighter that night, as if celebrating with them the beginning of a new chapter.

Over the years, Amara and Asier built a kingdom that was not only prosperous, but also filled with love and unity—a reflection of the strength of their bond. Their first child, a baby with curious eyes and a radiant smile, became the symbol of the peace they had longed for. Laughter echoed through every corner of the castle, and new plants bloomed in the gardens Amara tended with devotion, now alongside small hands learning from hers. Asier, always by her side, looked at her with the same love and admiration as on the very first day. And so, with their family growing and their people celebrating the peace they had brought, Amara and Asier lived surrounded by happiness, knowing that together they had overcome every adversity. The ending was not merely a destination, but the beginning of a shared eternity.
