  Prologue: Eden

  It is the year 4,000 and due to countless scientific breakthroughs in the field of agriculture, starvation was no longer present on Earth. Due to countless breakthrough in the field of medicine, humans no longer faced disease and the average human life expectancy skyrocketed to a staggering 120 years. Thanks to the efforts of countless politicians, war was a thing of the past. Sadly, as humanity was able to solve its old problems, a new problem arose. Without disease and a longer life expectancy, the earth’s population swelled to staggering numbers. When space travel proved to not be a viable option humanities main problem became overpopulation and the lack of resources. But everything changed an American physicist discovered a way to create rifts through space and time, granting humanity access to an endless number dimensions filled with endless possibility. However, traveling from one dimension to another placed a huge strain on the human body, often causing death. This was overcamed when the top scientists around the world came together to create the Eden System. With the use of the Eden System, humans could now enter cryogenic sleep while their minds were downloaded into genetically modified clones that would be able to withstand the stress of transversing dimensions. Follow Zhang Zhou as he becomes the first and possibly last human to step foot into another dimension.
