  "Better than just leave sticky notes saying a demon wrecked the place"

  "Thank you. Finally someone with a similar opinion " I say calmly

  Out of nowhere, my front door gets knocked a few times in such quick and loud bangs

  "Erm. . . Whoever is behind the door sounds violent " Adam looks at the door cautiously

  ". . . I got it" I say calmly before putting the bowl down

  I open the door and suddenly get hugged tightly by someone, her arms grip tell that she's grateful to see me unharmed

  "Dani, you ok?! " She takes a gentle step back before looking at me with her worried eyes while cupping my cheeks gently

  With the way she treated me, it makes my heart. . . Feel at ease. I don't know why, but I like it.

  "I'm fine. . . ? Why are you here? "

  "Oh, that. . . " Suraya then summoned her phone in her hand out of nowhere before showing messages between Farah and her "Farah told me you just fought a demon at school, that's why I came"

  She immediately looked and waved both her hands while smiling nervously "H-Hey, listen to me first, ok?! I just think it's a good idea-"

  She then looked at her bestie with puppy eyes, clasping her hands together hoping she would calm me down

  Suraya curved her lips up a little, before doing hand signs that only both of them know

  She points her index finger at herself, putting both her palms at her chest, and curves both her hands into a C

  'I want a burger' That's what she meant, before Farah just nodded her head quickly, agreeing to her condition

  "Dani " Suraya calls me gently

  "Hmm? "

  "Please don't blame Farah. Even if she didn't tell me, I would have asked her first "

  She then gives her usual sakura smile at me, before I take a deep breath and sigh

  ". . . You're banned from using my toilet until night, Farah "

  "Huff. . . " She sighed before realizing the future consequences "Wait, Dan! Seriously?! What if I need to pee?! "

  "Use plastic bottles or just use your telekinesis power and fly to a public toilet, I don't care"

  After the tension seemed to calm down a bit, Suraya suddenly hugged my right arm and looked at my eyes

  "Dani. . . Can you tell me what really happened when you were at school earlier? "

  I look at her eyes back gently for a while. And before I could dismiss it, she tightened her hug and looked at me with her gentle but sharp eyes, daring me to tell her

  "Alright, sit down first Suraya, I'll go make you ramen"

  She then smiled softly before sitting down on my sofa gracefully. "Alright, Dani. I'll wait"

  ". . . I see" Suraya replied before putting down the empty bowl

  The room suddenly feels heavy with a huge amount of Mana. The air and the surroundings feel like they got ten times heavier. Her expression was already filled with cold anger

  "Marchosias, if you weren't dead by now, I'll torture you myself. . . " Her tone was heavy with killing intent yet protective

  Farah and Adam already look at her nervously while I just look at her casually.

  . . . This is normal

  "B-Bestie, calm down ok?! That demon already died"

  Suraya takes a deep breath before putting her gentle and composed expression back on and apologizing

  "My bad guys. I just really, really want to handle that demon myself. Lucky him it's not me that he's dealing with, or I make sure he is crying for mercy instead of laughing when he's about to die" She says while smiling

  Both of them gulped before laughing it off nervously with Farah trying to change the subject

  "Well. . . That's basically it bestie. Do you perhaps have any idea-" Farah was about to ask her before getting cut off gently

  "No, I don't have any idea about this 'The Lord Of Fallen Angels'. . . I'm sorry" she said as she gripped her pencil skirt tightly with her expression tightening in anger, disappointed at herself

  So it is just as I thought. Oh well, I expected this anyway.

  "Suraya, you think this whole thing had something to do with Dani being gateless? " Adam asked one of the questions I had in my mind before

  ". . . I have no idea, it could be a possibility. Maybe that thing wants to use Dani as a key to bypass magic "

  "Oh! What if we just ask Syed directly?! Maybe he could use his blessing to grant us a clear answer?! " Farah comes up with her suggestion

  "That. . . Could work honestly " Suraya nodded her head slowly. "I'll ask him later at dinner when he comes back home. Thanks, bestie " Suraya smiled at her

  Her face immediately dropped from teasing to a light blush with small shock, before she composed herself and gave me her gentle sakura smile at me. The one smile she always gave me

  "You're welcome, Dani. Next time, I'll check on you after school every time, ok? "

  While we are both at our own romantic scene, Farah and Adam side-eye us like damn Cupids

  ". . . See this? They are both literally husband and wife at this point" Farah whispers to Adam while lightly elbowing him and smirking slightly

  "Heh, we just need to wait for the wedding invitation at this point" Adam supported Farah's statement while smirking as well
